“Ivan at the Cadillac dealership was absolutely outstanding. From the very beginning, Ivan treated me like a real person and not just another number on a sales board. He was genuinely kind, respectful, and easy to work with. What stood out the most to me was that he let me stay in control of the entire process. There was no pressure, no games, and none of the typical pushy sales tactics you usually expect at a dealership. We were actually looking at a more expensive vehicle at first. Most salespeople would try to steer you toward the higher-priced option, but Ivan did the exact opposite… he was honest and completely forthright with me about what truly made sense for my situation. He helped me realize that, for my needs and budget, the “juice was worth more than the squeeze” with the cheaper option — the Chevy Equinox. I genuinely appreciated that level of honesty. “Cadillac Lyriq 2025 Lease Experience The price negotiation process was fine — I received a fair deal, and the salesperson was professional and pleasant to work with. However, the overall buying process was extremely long; I spent about seven hours at the dealership. I specifically asked my salesperson several times to confirm that the contract included 12,000 miles per year for 36 months, and he confirmed it each time. I also double-checked the same question with the finance manager, and he confirmed it as well. I left the dealership around 9:30 p.m., it was dark, and of course, I couldn’t see how clean the car was when I picked it up. When I got home and reviewed my contract, I was shocked to find out that it actually listed 11,300 miles per year, not 12,000. It turns out they deducted mileage that was already on the new vehicle — miles that I didn’t drive. The next morning, I also noticed the car was extremely dirty, with two large stains on the leather door panel that couldn’t be cleaned off. I texted my salesperson, and the response I received was: “You can come back from Orlando when I’m in the store after my days off, and we’ll wash the car.” It’s a two-hour drive for me! Regarding the mileage issue, he simply said, “That’s how it came out, you have 11,300 miles.” Having worked in luxury car sales for over eight years, I have never seen this kind of attitude toward clients. I truly hope this dealership improves its customer service and transparency in the future.”
