“My wife and I drove from Atlanta to Tampa in December to purchase a vehicle from BMW of Tampa, and the overall experience was absolutely worth the trip.
Our salesperson, Madlin (Maddy) Ibrahim, was outstanding! She was very responsive to phone calls/text, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. She answered all of our questions promptly, kept everything moving efficiently, and made the long-distance purchase feel easy and stress-free.
The dealership staff we worked with in addition to Madlin were also welcoming, and respectful of our time. There were no surprises or pressure tactics. We simply had a straightforward, positive buying experience.

“I’m a returning client of BMW of Tampa, and once again, the experience exceeded expectations. I originally worked with Jose Gomez a few years ago. At the time, I believe it was his first year in car sales. Even then, he impressed me with his professionalism, politeness, and thoughtful suggestions for the model I was considering.
Fast forward three years later, I reached out to Jose to help me source a specific vehicle, and he absolutely delivered. Although I visited other dealerships as well, Jose was by far the best to work with. He located multiple options, sent detailed descriptions, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed to make the right choice.
With my busy schedule, I truly appreciated how accommodating he was, handling most of the paperwork and financial details in advance so that my visit to the dealership would be seamless. When I arrived, my new car was ready for pickup. A few signatures and a quick overview with the BMW Genius, Jacob (who was also incredibly kind and knowledgeable), and I was on my way.
In fact, the experience was so smooth and elevated that we ended up purchasing two vehicles from Jose that day. His quality of service, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to helping clients find exactly what they want is unmatched.

“This was my second experience with this facility. The first visit was great. I was quite happy.
This visit was different. The experience left me feeling underwhelmed. My car was with them from Monday to Thursday. I was advised on Wednesday that my car would be cleaned up and ready when I came. Well I couldn’t make it Wednesday. I found out that it would be ready less than an hour before closing. I elected to pick up on Thursday morning. I waited for my car for about 35 minutes all while watching car after car being released to the owners.
The lady at the service desk came out and said she didn’t know how my keys got back on her desk. She had no idea why my car had not been brought around. I got my key and told her I’d find it myself. My car was parked towards the front. It never came under the covering where the cars are usually returned to owners.
I’d been wasting time waiting. My car had all of the morning dew on it. The car had not been cleaned as promised.i didn’t expect a full detail. I did expect a vacuuming of the car at least. Today’s experience was simply not what I expected. I will add that the service personnel were great, the service technician that sent the service video, the woman at the service desk and service advisor, Ryan. The ball was dropped somewhere that’s all.
I would like to add that Paris with Enterprise was very communicative and genuinely a nice person. I was disappointed that I was unable to drive a loaner. I’m an i4 owner and have become accustomed to EV driving. I was reduced to gas driving with a Pathfinder. It’s a difference. Paris made this part acceptable.
I hope that next time, it will be a much better experience.”
