“5 stars across the entire sales team at BMW of Tampa, specifically Amir, Ahmed! Amir was our salesman was incredibly informative about the vehicle, patient with us making our decision and educated us throughout the process. He was professional, courteous and real. You can ask for anything more than that!
Special shout out to Ahmed who was down to earth, helpful, supportive and honest. Great leadership !
Honorable mention to Gabe who lent us his time on superbowl Sunday to re-test drive so we knew for sure which vehicle we we're going to go with.

“This review is long overdue. I am a long time returning customer. Brought my SUV in for service/repairs, however was debating on a new vehicle. My service advisor Michael Ingersoll who has always been great to work with referred me over to Hanna T in sales. She was amazing! Made the process smooth and treated us like family. Just based on my experience with Hanna I will be back to purchase another vehicle from her and BMW. Hands down great service!”

“This was my second experience with this facility. The first visit was great. I was quite happy.
This visit was different. The experience left me feeling underwhelmed. My car was with them from Monday to Thursday. I was advised on Wednesday that my car would be cleaned up and ready when I came. Well I couldn’t make it Wednesday. I found out that it would be ready less than an hour before closing. I elected to pick up on Thursday morning. I waited for my car for about 35 minutes all while watching car after car being released to the owners.
The lady at the service desk came out and said she didn’t know how my keys got back on her desk. She had no idea why my car had not been brought around. I got my key and told her I’d find it myself. My car was parked towards the front. It never came under the covering where the cars are usually returned to owners.
I’d been wasting time waiting. My car had all of the morning dew on it. The car had not been cleaned as promised.i didn’t expect a full detail. I did expect a vacuuming of the car at least. Today’s experience was simply not what I expected. I will add that the service personnel were great, the service technician that sent the service video, the woman at the service desk and service advisor, Ryan. The ball was dropped somewhere that’s all.
I would like to add that Paris with Enterprise was very communicative and genuinely a nice person. I was disappointed that I was unable to drive a loaner. I’m an i4 owner and have become accustomed to EV driving. I was reduced to gas driving with a Pathfinder. It’s a difference. Paris made this part acceptable.
I hope that next time, it will be a much better experience.”

“Excellent Experience with Maz at BMW of Tampa!
I had an amazing experience buying my Jeep from Maz at BMW of Tampa. He was friendly, understanding, and respectful of my budget. I told him I already had a pre-approval for a set amount and asked if he could make the deal happen with no money down—he immediately said yes and kept his word!
Maz has a great sense of humor and made the process smooth and enjoyable. I shared my bad experience from another dealership, and he took the time to listen, offered us snacks, and made sure all of my concerns were addressed.
The whole team was transparent, helpful, and didn’t give that “big-dealership” vibe where you feel like just a number. I was in and out in a few hours and couldn’t be happier. I’d definitely buy from them again!
