My salesman Carlos Moreno sold me my first Johnson Honda and i had such a good experience I didn't hesitate to return to Johnson Honda of Stuart when i was looking to upgrade to a newer vehicle a few weeks ago. “Carlos was awesome. I went in to the dealership and said I don’t want to go back and forth since I wasn’t really in need of a new vehicle. Within 15 minutes we agreed on a price and within a few hours they located the vehicle at another dealership and had it ready for me to take home. “Worst experience ever. Do not buy a used car here. They sold me a vehicle that seemed fine on the test drive, but within days, the transmission light came on. I had to bring it back four times before they even attempted to fix it, and the problem still wasn’t resolved. Soon after, the service light came on and another dealership found multiple serious issues that should have been caught before the sale. Two different dealerships confirmed these problems had been there all along, yet the general manager, Vernon, claimed they “weren’t a wear at that time.” This place sells unsafe cars and refuses to take accountability. Save your money and your safety, go anywhere else. Update (9/30/25): The reply below is completely false. I was never contacted by the general sales manager. It’s clear they give the same copy-and-paste responses to anyone who expresses their issue. This dealership refuses to take accountability for their mistakes and leaves customers to deal with expensive problems on their own. If you value honesty and reliability, stay far away and do not buy a used car from here.”
