Lamarr Powell is the man! Thank you Bommarito Cadillac for a 5 star experience when we recently bought our 2023 Yukon Denali Ultimate. Working with Lamarr made it totally stress-free and no b.s. He had the vehicle warmed up and ready to go before we even got there. Made us a priority. We looked at 3 other dealerships and honestly, would have bought the same vehicle there but got pushy, dishonest ick vibes from the salesman we spoke with at each of them. Best car buying experience we've ever had. We got a handy thumb drive with all our info to take home - working with finance was straightforward and seamless, transparent and we had the Title within days via FedEx. Lamarr treated us like friends and again, no high pressure sales tactics at all. All our questions were answered and honestly - the process was so easy we were out in about 2 hours. Unheard of! I'll be recommending Bommarito Cadillac St. Peters and Lammarr Powell in the future!

Carlos was great! He was very professional and timely, got me in and out quickly! He wasted no time taking care of the paperwork! Trent was patient and friendly when working out the financial piece. Very pleased with my new Mazda CX-90!

I brought in my Cadillac Blackwing due to *several* manufacturing issue, which I was dreading because I knew it was going to be a hell of a job to have done. I'm going to be honest, I didn't really know where else to take it as the kind of work that I needed done was more specialist than dealership, but it was under warranty, so I went to Bommarito. I should note, while it shouldn't matter but it might to some dealerships, but I did not buy this car from Bommarito. I was not their customer, but I am now. Needless to say, an engine out service, including transmission and associated parts, is a scary proposition on any car, let alone an expensive car that I had not owned for very long. I thought I was going to have to put up a fight and explain over and over the issue. This was not the case. I worked with Bryan Bruce, who pulled the car around and immediately recognized the issue I was experiencing, got me in a loaner, and had me on my way. Bryan kept me informed on what was being done with my car and I even had the opportunity to speak with the technician working on my car (Sorry, I dont remember your name, but thank you for all your work, seriously.). Considering the clusterf I gave them, they were able to get me back in my car within a very reasonable amount of time, and went above and beyond to make sure that Cadillac (GM*) didnt just kick the can down the road. After getting the car back, I was happy with how everything turned out. I was honestly nervous I was going to be in and out of the dealership adjusting "this and that" to get the car back to where it was when I dropped it off. Nah, first time out, had it 99%. Frankly, the only issue I had was with a heat shield fastener coming loose and a small trim issue, which considering the work, I honestly can't fault anyone for. Jeff Layton was excellent, also. I worked with him on my revisits (post work break-in period), where I explained my concerns. Jeff listened to what I was concerned about, documented it, and had me on my way in a loaner while their techs went to work. A few days later, cars back and is, quite frankly, better than how I gave it to them. They fixed the manufacturer's defects (multiple), I didn't have to argue or fight warranty bs, and overall I had an A+ experience. I was never without communication or transportation. Thank you, Bryan and Jeff, as well as the techs who worked on my car. You were understanding and provided me with excellent service. I'll be back, but hopefully only for standard service/consumables (for the tech's sake).

Had a great experience with Lamarr Powell at Bommarito Cadillac! He listened to what I wanted and made recommendations that fit my desires AND my budget! He was not pushy or demanding. He really took his time and made me feel comfortable and took the stress out of buying a vehicle. I will recommend Lamarr to everyone I know!

This dealer happens to be one of the worst dealers I had to work with. What ever happen to service after the sale? It has been almost a month and we still have not received the title to a Jeep Renegade we purchased on Oct. 18, 2025. They sat on this for three weeks before I was told that the bank First Community CU lost our paperwork. Now we have less than one week to register this vehicle at the DMV and make the first payment on a loan that as of today is still not even set up yet. This is totally uncalled for and unprofessional. If you don't know how to sell cars, get the hell out of business!!!!!
