It’s now late in the evening and no call. It appears that the Customer Relationship is not a high Priority. Just a call to update where they are with my Vehicle doesn’t matter. Duly Noted.”

“This dealer happens to be one of the worst dealers I had to work with. What ever happen to service after the sale? It has been almost a month and we still have not received the title to a Jeep Renegade we purchased on Oct. 18, 2025. They sat on this for three weeks before I was told that the bank First Community CU lost our paperwork. Now we have less than one week to register this vehicle at the DMV and make the first payment on a loan that as of today is still not even set up yet. This is totally uncalled for and unprofessional. If you don't know how to sell cars, get the hell out of business!!!!!”

“Very poor customer service. They were not interested in selling me a car. When I finally got them to sit down and talk price, they presented me with a printout that was priced above listed price on website. And then, when I said it was not correct they announced, across the entire show room that we were “miles apart” on the deal, shook my hand and sent me out the door. The worst part was that I went to another Cadillac dealer and the salesman there said his previous customer told him the same thing! I did buy from the other dealership. Got a fair deal and they were very pleasant to work with. Will NEVER recommend buying any make from a Bommarito dealership. VERY SHADY.”
