“I just really appreciate the way I was treated at Suntrup Hyundai. Our sales rep Jess has been amazing through the whole process. She's taken care of us even weeks after taking the car home. We ran into some issues with the used car that weren't noticed until a week later but Jess was on top of it. She made sure everything was taken care of. I can't thank her enough for making the car buying experience so easy!! We love our car!”

“Purchased 2024 Elantra with the help of salesman Caleb several weeks ago. I don't write google reviews quickly or often as I have learned true service comes after the sale. With that said and the honeymoon phase winding down. I would still give the salesman, Caleb and the business manager, Kati five stars. Caleb was attentive, engaging and made me feel very comfortable with a newer intimidating electronic system. Kati, dotted every I and crossed every T. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I received the title and paperwork timely and already have the car titled and plated. Great job guys!”

“Caleb and his team got my new lease taken care of fast and efficient. He has been super helpful for both car transactions in allowing his customers to maximize the use of the dealer website and online communication to complete as much paperwork as possible on the front-end, so that picking up the car during my busy life was achieved in just over an hour. Suntrup's expedient customer service over the past 3 years is much appreciated.”
