I would like to thank this location/team “Nate” for taking great care of me! I decided when I called them, being they were the second choice I had to reach out to, not to tell them the hardship I had at a different Kia location (south) , besides the fact that I’ve been to the South location several times and got treated like I was nothing on what will be my last visit there . So I booked my appointment at this location and they rolled out the red carpet not knowing anything that I previously been through the day before at the South location. I chose the valet service which my car was picked up delivered to the dealership and the mechanic called me, and and said they couldn’t find the issue that I was trying to have them look at nevertheless he did not even charge me the diagnostic fee for not finding what was wrong ( he actually asked me. Is there a day I can come in and ride with a mechanic to point out what I’m hearing so that they could better help me which I appreciate so much! It tells a lot about a company wanting to make sure they help their customers )however I still got some other things fixed that day ( and they delivered my car back to me the same day) and I’m very proud to say I am definitely coming back here! The customer service was superb 💯 they even washed and vacuumed my car out 😍 *at the south location they claim the diagnostic fee does not go towards getting anything fixed that they find instead it’s just to look straight at the car only but in previous times I was told it does go towards getting it fixed if I get it fixed there, but now all of a sudden they changed their mind* Thank God I have found a more caring place with great customer service !!!! I highly recommend this location for Kia Services 💯

Had a great experience with Shane and Kiley. They made it easy to purchase a lease and gave me a great deal. Had a couple minor issues immediately after the purchase but they fixed it right away by scheduling the service very next day. If any of the sales representative is not working for you - ask for their manager Shane. He is wonderful to work with.

While visiting our son from out of state, (we live in WI) we purchased him a car from a Kia dealership in Chesterfield. A month later when the check engine light went on, I went to make a service appointment, but scheduled it at the wrong location. My fault, for sure. However, when I called to schedule I said "We just bought a car from you and the check engine light is on". I gave her my name & Phone number, and she never told me I was not in their system. I also said, "I purchased an extended warranty from you, can you look up to see if the service visit is covered". I told her we have the check engine light read at an auto store to ensure it wasn't dangerous to drive, and she again never told me I wasn't in their system. I gave my son the address where to go, and I thought maybe their service was done at a different location. It didn’t click that my son was getting service at the wrong location until we were told it was a $180 charge to test the check engine light. (After they already did it.) I was not told this when scheduling either. When it clicked that it was the wrong location, the guy on the phone seemed like there was no fault of their receptionist to not tell me I wasn't in their system. After sitting with that for about a week, I did call and ask to speak with a manager, who agreed that it should have been handled differently. He tried to explain it away that he has new employees that are 19 & 20 and somehow his untrained staffed was should be blameless in costing me $200. They also said nothing is wrong with the car and the check engine came back on 2 days later. He never offered to refund or make it right by bringing the car back in.

We had the best experience buying our new car yesterday. Alex was amazing from start to finish. No typical car salesman BS found at other dealerships, just to the point and direct, which is exactly what I asked for. He made the entire process incredibly smooth, even with financing. I was able to skip the sales pitch for extra packages and just get what we wanted. No wasted breath, no frustration, just a smooth, respectful deal from everyone involved. I was in and out with my new ride in just 2.5 hours! Highly, highly recommend them if you want an honest, easy, and efficent car buying experience. Thanks again Alex and team!

I had a great experience at this dealership from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. My salesman, Robbert, was outstanding — professional, friendly, and patient. He really took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I found the right vehicle for me. I never felt pressured, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything went perfectly. I highly recommend asking for Robbert if you’re in the market for a new car. Excellent customer service and a great overall experience!
