“We had a great experience working with Mike G. at Kisselback Ford when purchasing our F-250 Platinum. Some salespeople won’t even respond to you, but Mike was the complete opposite. He was always responsive, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He never pressured us and didn’t try to sell us on anything we didn’t want. Everything was handled honestly and straightforward, which made the experience stress-free. It was truly a pleasure working with him, and we will definitely be coming back in the future. We would highly recommend Mike to anyone looking for a salesperson who actually shows up and follows through.”

I was very impressed with my sales person Felica she was very helpful answering my many questions & sending me thorough pictures of the Truck as requested.
I was subsequently introduced to Kim Hilley to manage the financial aspects of the transaction. Ms. Hilley demonstrated exceptional dedication in facilitating the acquisition of my vehicle. Her contributions are a significant asset to Kisselback Ford.
She provided a highly competitive trade-in valuation for my vehicle & assisted me in structuring the deal, warranties & financial terms to successfully secure the truck.

Typically, dealership experiences can be a NIGHTMARE, but this one was very easy & felt easy much like a family environment, & I will certainly return for my next truck!

This company is top-tier from ownership, to sales, to DANIAL in management / financing and rounding it off with the best service I’ve ever received from their service department. I would like to commend their service team for going above and beyond and solving weird issues with my truck and let my Service Advisor Ashlyn Benoit, know that she did a great job quarterbacking the big-time service on my super duty and an excellent job with communication. This will be the only Ford Dealership I will ever recommend and use. This Dealership also did an excellent job customizing my brand new F250 to exactly my specifications when I purchased it. “I had an awesome experience at this dealership. I didn’t feel pressured at all. So far, the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Every other experience I’ve ever had at car dealerships felt pressured. My salesperson Noah, his manager Kim, and ray who at this point will probably be retired and Tammy were all awesome. They ran numbers, mentioned the additional packages that they offer but Tammy never forced them on me. She suggested them to me and explained what they would do to my payments per month but she never said that I had to buy them. That’s a rare experience in the financial part of buying a car. The whole team I had worked excellent and did everything they could to get me the best deal. And in the end, I ended up walking out with the car I wanted. I would gladly consider them when buying my next car and refer them to others looking for good dealership options to buy a vehicle from. Again, the team I had working with me was excellent. Ask for Noah when looking for a salesperson.”
