I have been having difficulties with the infotainment screen in my Chevy Blazer I bought from Carmax last March. I have spent valuable time and money trying to get this issue fixed and keep getting told there is nothing that can be done (which is not true). I was told by GM after reaching out to corporate to get a 2nd opinion because someone must know how to fix it. So I drove 30 min to Friendly and not only did I explain the problem to the staff but he visibly saw the black screen while my phone was plugged in. He literally witnessed the problem. He told me it would be $160 to diagnose the problem. A few hours later, John, calls and says his tech couldn't get the problem to reoccur after plugging his phone in so there was nothing they could do. Even though the other employee LITERALLY saw the defective screen. I asked if they could try some solutions I found online. I was told "No we can't do that because if it doesn't fix the problem then we're stuck with the charge". So I go to pick up the car and they still charge me the $160 to "diagnose" a problem they could not seem to find. So cool now I'll buy a new car elsewhere. Update so everyone is clear to avoid this place! Immediately following my original poor review (I stand on that) the general manager Bill Lynch responded quickly to attempt to minimize damage. He wanted to pretend like he cared so much about my experience and asked that I reach to help him understand what happened. And I did. First a call. Then an email. Neither were responded to.

We were looking to lease some trucks and Payton could not have made it easier. He responded back promptly to any questions we had and was more than accommodating to our needs. I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to send someone his way. Thank you Payton!

Hello!!! I bought a car in august after i got back from vacation i looked into this place, peyton was the first one to help me out ! we called .. we discussed, we test drove Vehicles, he worked with my down payment..Along with my budget. As a 19 yr old … peyton was understanding & never tried to talk me out of a certain vehicle and/or belittle me. with in a week or 2 i left with a 2020 gmc terrain and she is still doing great!!!

I came here wanting to try a new place to get my oil changed. I have a Chevy and figured they would know what they were doing. wrong. I got my oil changed, and they somehow broke the oil pan, and my car was leaking ridiculous amounts of oil for weeks. I knew it was them because I had JUST gotten my oil leak fixed literally a month ago, and it had been fine ever since. I took it back and explained, and they did fix it for free and owned up to it (which I appreciate). A week later the check engine light came on... keep in mind I have not had problems with this car before. I took it back, and they said I needed a new oil pan and gasket replacement. So there is that now. Not to mention what they were trying to overcharge me to resolve the new problems they caused. I am talking about more than 2,000 dollars. I have better experiences at other places that were not as "nice." I do not recommend coming here. Be aware.

Ask for Arianna!! Not only did she get me into the vehicle I wanted, but she was so easy to talk to, knowledgeable in the various vehicles, and worked with me and my fiance! She listened to every concern, connected with us, and made us feel heard. You don't find that very much these days. I would honestly go to her again for future vehicles.
