“What an experience here at Mohawk Honda! They really do go out of their way to please you. I came in a test drove a CRV and knew I wanted to walk away with one. It had been over 25 years since my last Honda when Mowak was down on lower State St. I had a near perfect experience from start to finish until a bit of a hiccup at the end of my dayafrer I had left. A few hours passed and we called expressed our concern and Lindsey was and is the rock behind the l this organization.. I was so impressed by her and what and how she presented herself, her poise, her honesty, thoughtfulness. I can't even explain how comfortable she made me feel and just made everything better. “My husband did his research and knew the car he wanted. He emailed several local Honda dealers on a Sunday afternoon and asked for their best bottom line price. Mohawk responded within 2 hours and had listed all of the incentives, which were fantastic. Every other dealer including the dealer 4 miles away from us that we have purchased 4 Hondas from previously, tried to get us to come in to discuss pricing. Even the Honda dealer where he test drove wouldn't give him a price unless he came or called. He knew what he wanted and didnt want a hard sell. We drove an hour and a half to get to Mohawk in torrential rain. They were fantastic! We not only got incentives that were listed in email but also a great trade in price. There was no hard sell at all. Its no wonder why they rank 6th in the nation for sales!! We had no idea we would be driving a new car home yesterday. They have DMV capabilities right at the dealership so no waiting . Thank you to Alex (sales), Frank (finance) and the incredibly knowledgeable girl that sat in the car with us before we left setting everything up and going over some features.
