“I have had nothing but great experiences with Hello Mazda. We traveled an hour and a half to get there from Santa Barbara to purchase our CX-5 and have continued to return there for service work. I just finished another trip there for routine maintenance where I was humbled by the level of loyalty they exhibited to their customrts. I ended up needing to leave my car there for some extended work. Cassandra managed my situation with professionalism and made me feel at ease throughout the process, providing us with a loner car and great communication throughout. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car and have it serviced at this dealership.”

“I have mixed feelings about this dealership. Buying my car back in March was fine—the sales team was nice, and I feel like I got a decent deal. But nearly everything since then has been painfully slow and frustrating. When I got home with my CPO $30k car, I noticed a broken taillight. It took weeks of chasing and multiple calls just to get anyone to call me back. To their credit, the issue was eventually resolved, but it shouldn’t have been such a hassle right after making a big purchase. Fast forward to September for my first service: I tried scheduling online—no response. Left a voicemail—no response. Finally, after calling again, I got an appointment for 8:45 a.m. (I was both surprised and relieved it only took 3 attempts this time around.) I was told it would take an hour, so I arranged my day around being out by 10:15. It’s now 11:15 and not only is the car still not done, I was just told I should expect to wait another hour. The provided service tracker doesn’t even work, so I have no idea what’s going on back there. I don’t regret the car itself, but had I known the service experience would be this poor, I wouldn’t have prepaid for services and might have even looked elsewhere altogether. Unfortunately, I’m not looking forward to coming back. Update: I finally received the keys to my vehicle at 12:15 and opted out of the complementary “car wash” to save time. Total time for oil change and tire rotation: 3 hours 30 mins. Nearly 4 hours for something I could’ve and should’ve just done myself. Not only did it take ages to service, but they were pushing for immediate $200 service on my throttle body.”

“Called the dealership after seeing a really clean 2015 Mazda3 grand touring S. Car was exactly as described (a beauty queen) and Scott was wonderful to work with! He didn't pressure us for things we weren't interested in but also had great insight on a package that did work for me. It was a pleasure meeting the staff and we are so happy with our purchase!!!!”
