“Went to several dealers in San Antonio over the weekend and Ancira has a great selection and prices but even better is their customer service! I was not set on a Nissan (though they have great cars) but was looking for a 8 seat SUV to fit our family. We saw MANY SUVs. But sometimes it felt like we were selling the cars to the dealers! We knew in and outs of every vehicle we saw many options that the sales person didn’t even know!! (We were well researched) Until we met Yogin at Ancira! Yogin was very friendly and knowledgeable about the cars he showed us. We did our research but he was able to show us all kind of even small features on the vehicles we looked at. However, he didn’t feel “salesy” at all. He loves his job and you can tell. He was great, great conversationalist aside from the cars as well. We also were able to meet Eyan the sales manager who was very helpful and has great customer service. The cherry on top is that EVERYONE was friendly and welcoming and the place is clean with good refreshments while you shop. We loved the experience and ended up getting a brand new 2026 Nissan Armada. It’s exactly what we wanted a beautiful 8 passenger SUV with all the bells and whistles but doesn’t feel like a hearse or a bus lol. Overall 10/10 experience. We even got the add ons of tint and glass coat and when we went back to pickup the car the people up front remembered us and were very welcoming. Sometimes you want to visit a dealer that doesn’t make u feel like they’re vultures. It’s was a 10/10 buying experience where you feel like a valued customer!”

“The staff at Ancira Nissan are beyond exceptional! From the moment I walked into the dealership, the receptionist greeted me with a friendly smile. I asked to speak with Used Car Manager, JJ, who took the time to meet with me and help me understand their process. During this time, Hari, Salesperson, was already on top of it and identified the specific car I came into see. JJ walked me over to where the vehicle was parked, after I declined his offer to have Hari bring it up (I needed the short walk for my own exercise), at which Hari was already starting the car and preparing it for viewing. Fast forward to the application and negotiation process… Hari, John (Store Director) and Julio (Finance Manager) were all helpful and made my time there enjoyable. The service provided by Randal Rodriguez, Finance Manager, was beyond exceptional customer service, as he guided me through the financial aspects of the deal. I could not have been more happy with the service and thankful for the experience. Due to the time of night, I could not get another person to the dealership to drive our “new to us” car, that Hari offered to take the time out of his evening to deliver the vehicle to our house, 21 miles away, and surprise our son with his first car.
