“From the first appointment to the last I had an issue with something. From dirty hand prints on my head liner a week after purchasing the truck to scratches in my rims when they rotated the tires.Most recent service they checked off wiper blades are mechanically operational when in fact I replaced them a week later before a snow storm and the blades pretty much fell apart in my hand. I would never recommend using the service department. My wife just purchased a new vehicle was interested in a RAV 4 but stayed away because she hears me complaining every time I bring my truck in for service. The service department needs to slow down and pay more attention to the details, until this happens stay away from Tri County Toyota.”
