“I came to this location to have an oil change and state inspection. I always stored my Louis Vuitton perfume that was engraved with my initials gifted to me by my brother who has passed away in my middle console. As I was putting away other odds and ends within my car I saw my perfume in the console where it always resides. I left the car to be serviced. Upon my return I checked my console and my perfume was no longer there. I literally thought I was crazy. As not to be accusatory I dug my car down and also came home to check every inch of my home and was unable to locate my perfume. I put in a call to the service department manager and shared my experience with him from my last visit. He of course stated that no one on his team has the reputation of doing anything like this which I expected him to say. He also said if I had called the same day he could have questioned his staff about it and that he would look around for it. With the monogrammed perfume being taken from my vehicle I highly doubt that someone would leave it laying around inside the business. I grew up believing that this was a trustworthy brand and business. Volvo has really been disappointing me. Guys be careful. The people working for Volvo aren’t as trustworthy as the brand would expect them to be. Just a heads up. N.M.”

“This place used to be decent but in recent years it has become garbage. They called ME asking if I wanted to set up an appointment and I said yes I do need a state inspection and I asked them if the inspections were still free. The person on the phone said "yes, the inspections are still complimentary". I showed up for my appointment and the lady then said they would be charging a $20 fee. I politely reminded her that they told me over the phone that the inspection was free. She said "it's free if you get your service here". She then pulled up the computer records which clearly showed I have been a customer there and getting service there (spending soooooo much money) for over a decade now. Yet she still insisted on charging that bogus fee. There was a new employee there (in training, a man) who was actually nice and I appreciate him, but he was the only decent aspect of the experience. The woman's attitude and the bait-and-switch tactic was not acceptable. Additionally, there were TWO signs in the waiting room that said "free lifetime state inspections" so I feel that this is dishonest and false advertising. I have attached a photo of the sign. I texted their manager Dustin while I was there but he did not respond. Please do not have anything to do with this dealership- they are dishonest money-grubbing jerks. *Just to be clear* the issue is that I was lied to and they pulled a bait-and-switch. If she had told me upfront (on the phone) about the fee, I would not have been mad.”
