“Had an appointment scheduled with the service dept for a recall on my car. Arrived, only to find out I was a day early ( my error). Michael was so kind and fit me in to the schedule so I would not be late to work again the following day. Also gave me a loaner car so I could get to work. Great Service Dept but also great customer service from Michael. I really appreciate him and the extra effort he gave. He made my day! Thank you Michael!!”
