“Buddy and I went to look at a truck for him. Took it for a test drive and we come back and sit in the salesman’s office. Buddy of mine says he wants numbers. 10-15 mins go by and no numbers. Salesman comes back says I need to finish this other deal up with another couple, can you guys step out of my office, and they are still working on getting numbers put together. Another 15 mins goes by and not even a manager brings the numbers over. As someone who sold cars at another dealership a couple years ago, this was the worst sales service I’ve seen. It does not take 30 mins to get numbers printed out and have a manager step in to show them to the customers. We left so we didn’t have to wait however much longer to get numbers. Would not recommend this dealership.”
