“Purchased a new Chevy in May 2025. They installed an integrated trailer hitch but did not have the trim piece for the bumper. It’s December 2025 and after numerous phone calls (nearly all unreturned) I still do not have that trim piece—just a roughly cut large hole in my brand new car bumper. They provide awful service after the sale but are so nice before they get your money. I’ll just go to a body shop and have them order and install the trim piece and pay out of pocket. What is bothersome is their lack of follow up, inability to return calls, lie upon lie when I do get anyone to talk to.”
