“The service department is so awesome and efficient at their jobs. I will never take my car to be repaired anywhere else. Not only did they fix the issues with my windows and rear suspension but they were honest unlike the body shop I went to for a repair. That body shop said it was the switches but when I took my car to Liberty Buick turns out it was just the fuses. Colette was my advisor and even though it was the holidays and delivery for parts for my rear suspension was late she kept her word about when my car would be done and it was done on time even with the delays. My windows work again and I don’t have the irritating noise anymore. I also want to add that a gentleman named Rodney in the service department went out of his way to place a hod rod for me and didn’t charge me. I do not know the names of all the mechanics or the electrical person who did the work on my car but you all are true professionals that have the knowledge I can trust when it comes to repairs needed for my 2014 Buick. Thank you to all who restored my faith that not all mechanics are untrustworthy or out for the money. When I am ready this is where I will also buy my new car because with a service department like this the car sales has to be an amazing experience as well.”

“I came across a car they had for sale online so i messaged asking if it was still available they responded very quickly stating that it was told him I would be there the following day 9/27/25 showed up went for my test drive wasn’t a predetermined route you had to take it was you can go this way that way whichever way you wanna go a genuine test drive came back to the store.
