Absolutely an excellent experience. So good I ordered a second car while buying the first. The staff and management were kind, knowledgeable and very capable. Scott, Kaden and Joel were terrific! The purchasing process was smooth too. And I hate having to deal with pushy or worse, unknowledgeable sales people and the games many play. None of that happened at Peoria Kia. I highly recommend you buy a car from them if you're in the market for a Kia. A seamless experience for sure!

I bought a 2026 KIA Sorento and I am very pleased with my purchase. I had looked the vehicle before going to the dealership and they had the exact one there by stock number. When I arrived I was greeted politely and promptly. Jonathan found the car and showed it to me right away went on a test drive and explained all the options and features. I was pre-qualified making the paperwork go quickly. While I was signing the paperwork the vehicle was detailed and ready for me with bow to go. Highly recommend and extremely happy with my purchase!

I could not recommend Brandon and Chuck enough. I bought a brand new 2026 Kia Seltos EX and it was everything I wanted, the price, color, interior, etc. It was one of the smoothest purchases when it comes to vehicles I have ever made. They valued my trade in very well and treated me with respect.

I had a great experience purchasing my 2023 Bronco Raptor yesterday. My salesman, Zach Erfort, was truly exceptional. He was very genuine and had a refreshing no-pressure approach. Zach was fully willing to sit down and negotiate on the price, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Beyond Zach, the entire team at the company was also great to work with. I highly recommend!

Bought this beautiful Jeep SRT from Earnhardt Kia and loved it for the 4 days I drove it until it mechanically broke down. Confused on how a dealership misses such a big flaw during their inspection. Typically this is not an item that’s missed in an inspection before it’s put on the lot. Bought it on Monday 11/3 broke down in my dealerships parking lot Friday 11/7 luckily I didn’t have to tow the vehicle anywhere because I was at work (aka a jeep dealership). Of course I called Earnhardt Kia to report this matter and of courseee “they aren’t responsible” according to sales manager Scott. Now I have to figure this out on my own instead of the dealership paying for this flaw that they clearly skipped over lol. Mario, Johnny, and Jordan was great to work with 100% but as far as a dealership taking care of their products and customers after the transaction. Terrible. I’ve called countless times asking to speak to the GM and/or the Service manager and do you guys think I received a call back? Of course not lol. It’s been 2 weeks I’ve been without my vehicle. Never again from Earnhardt Kia!!
