“They fixed my car the same day that AAA brought it there. This has never happened in all my years of car ownership — not without an appointment.
When I told them I couldn’t pay right away, they worked with me on financing options and even let me keep my car there till I was able to bring the full payment. Daniel was extremely knowledgeable and personable — just a breath of fresh air! my husband and I will definitely be back for all our car needs.”

“As a veteran who served proudly, I make a real effort to support American companies. Unfortunately, my experience with Chevy of Pines hasn’t met the standard I hoped for, aside from a few standout individuals who truly made a difference.
I first spoke with my service tech, Erving, on Saturday, February 7th about several issues with my truck. He advised me to bring it in on Monday the 9th, which I did. When I arrived, he wasn’t there, so I left the keys. I later learned he had called out Monday through Wednesday — completely understandable — but if I hadn’t taken it upon myself to stop by after work each day, and if it weren’t for Daniel Horsham (who I highly recommend) stepping in to help, my truck would have been delayed even longer.
By Wednesday, having heard nothing, I spoke with Mr. Loverly, who was extremely helpful and ensured my truck was finally seen. On Thursday the 12th, Erving returned, and we went over the issues I had already emailed him about — one of my biggest concerns being the pulley and belt.
On Friday the 13th, I was told the problems were caused by a bad battery, which they replaced. I specifically asked whether the pulley and belt had been checked, and I was told they had been checked and double-checked. However, when I picked up my truck on Saturday the 14th, I popped the hood immediately and could clearly see the belt issue had not been addressed.
After waiting about 45 minutes to speak with a manager, Denise noticed I needed help. She stepped in right away, listened to the situation, and took action. She called Andrew to inspect the truck, and he immediately identified the issues. Andrew kept the truck so the necessary repairs could be made, and Denise handled the rental car for me.
When I spoke to Erving on Monday the 16th, he told me the pulley and belt would be replaced by tech Villar — the same tech who had supposedly “checked and double-checked” the issue earlier. I shared my concerns, and Erving reassured me that Andrew had spoken with the tech.
I finally got my truck back today the 19th, but I’ll be honest: my confidence in the shop has taken a hit. This is the newest truck I’ve owned in 10 years, and with this location being so close to home, I was looking forward to using them for regular service like oil changes and tires.
Even with the frustrations, the professionalism and genuine care shown by Denise, Andrew, Mr. Loverly, and Daniel Horsham give me enough reason to give this location one more chance.”

“I went not expecting to leave with anything went to auto nation Ford and Margaret. And it was no help credit is not all that good. So I was just window shopping at this point, talked to a salesman named demier disgusted what my budget was took him a little while, but he got it done for me. The car wasn't in that great of condition. But the financial manager and the used cars manager made a work for me. And got it done. Really appreciate those guys.if your looking for a new or used car any kind of car thay would definitely get it done I bought a ford from a Chevy dealer 🤔”

“I had a great experience with the AutoNation Chevrolet Service Department. Miguel, who assisted me, and his supervisor, Lovely, were both absolutely awesome. From start to finish, everything went smoothly.
The pricing was fair, the work was excellent, and everything was handled in a very professional and well-organized manner. The facility is clean and well maintained, with nice waiting areas, which made the experience even better.
Most importantly, the customer service was outstanding, everyone was respectful, friendly, and helpful. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism shown today. I highly recommend this service department!”
