“If you don't want to get towed on the highway home, don't go to this dealership.
This was the worst, most outrageous experience imaginable. I viewed the car online, and the dealer never mentioned the scratch on the front left side. I trusted them when they said the car was in perfect condition. I came from Atlanta to New Jersey and purchased this 2020 Audi A4 on the morning of November 1, 2025. That very evening, the car developed issues forcing me to pull over onto the highway shoulder. My RPMs suddenly spiked wildly while my speed dropped. This appears to be a classic transmission failure. Such a severe problem emerged within less than six hours of completing the purchase. This vehicle was even Paul Miller Audi Certified, yet the engine failed within six hours. This is utterly unacceptable.
If you don't want to be stranded alone on the highway for five hours waiting for assistance, think twice about purchasing from this dealership. Their credibility is highly questionable.
Update:
The most exhausting and irresponsible dealership I have ever dealt with.
After buying an Audi here, the car broke down the same day — only a few hours after leaving the lot.
And what happened afterward was even worse than the breakdown itself.
For three weeks, the only way I got any update was by chasing them nonstop.
Every call, every email — all initiated by me except the first call.
If I didn’t reach out first, I would hear absolutely nothing.
Their standard answer?
“We’re still discussing with management.”
I heard this line so many times it became laughable.
Three weeks later, they still haven’t provided:
No written resolution
No timeline
No reimbursement confirmation
No communication with the VA Audi dealer repairing the car
No responsibility
Even Audi Chantilly confirmed that Paul Miller Audi never sent them the required information or even a parts ETA.
So my car sat there while this dealership did nothing.
This place only cares about closing the sale.
Once you sign, they vanish.
You will be begging them for updates on a car you just bought.
If you’re thinking about buying here, don’t.
Save yourself the stress, the wasted time, and the feeling of being completely ignored.
There is nothing “premium” about this dealership — except the level of neglect.”
