“I was stuck at Costco with a dead battery & couldn’t get into my trunk. Out of nowhere, Alex, a service advisor from Honda, stopped by & went out of his way to help reset the battery so we could get it open. What made it even more amazing was that it was actually his birthday, yet he still took the time to help a complete stranger. His kindness & willingness to go above & beyond truly made a stressful situation so much better. Thank you, Alex, & happy birthday!”

“Mario and Marcus were really great to work with! Mario listened to our need for getting out of there quickly and literally made it happen. Then when we needed the windshield replaced Marcus was able to work with us and had the installers come to us the next day. Very quick and efficient service! I appreciated the professionalism and how they remained transparent with me about costs. We were able to get an out the door price that was reasonable and honestly we got a great deal on our vehicle!! Definitely will not hesitate coming back in the future for a trade later on.”
