“my experience here has been far from perfect. the only slight redeeming quality is my salesman, antonio. he’s the only person i can easily get a hold of and is kind and helpful. i’ve been trying to reach the finance department for days, no calls back. left multiple voicemails. they refused to take my AACFU check when i bought my car on 12/1. claimed there’s a problem with their system so i “need to finance the car through them, and just re-finance with my bank when i get more information mailed to me”... seems suspicious, but okay. the worst part though, i realized 2 days after having my car that all the tires were dry-rotted. i took the car back to the dealership, and they told me to come back in a few days to have discount tire replace the tires. okay, so i come back today(12/9), with the OEM michelin tires the car comes with. but when i get my car back, i see that they put westlake brand tires on them instead. tires that are $192 cheaper for each tire, they only cost $86 per tire. i’m upset, it feels morally wrong to put cheaper tires on my car when i bought it with nicer tires. specifically when it was listed as “premium wheels & tires” as a selling point. this whole situation has left a bad taste in my mouth. i wish they would’ve communicated with me AT ALL to set my expectations straight. at least tell me you’re gonna screw me over before you do, right?! i really thought they’d put similar OR the same tires back on the car. guess it’s my fault for putting any amount of trust into a car dealership. fool me once… also, the general sales manager said he’d give me a call back after our phone call this morning. never received one! shocking. if you’re trying to get into contact with them and get anything resolved, good luck. they don’t care about you, only your money. time to go spend $1k on new tires that’ll actually be nice for my car. thanks autonation, merry christmas :)”

“We walked in without prior contact and was treated well by our sales lady, Merrisa. She was very patient. She showed us what we were looking for and she answered every questions we had. She gave us a quote without pressuring us to buy right away. We ended buying the following day and the finance guy Jesus, was very pleasant. “After shopping for a luxury level SUV for several weeks I happened upon AutoNation Hyundai in North Richland Hills. From the first phone call to last hand shake I was very impressed. My sales person Gabe did an outstanding job showing me exactly what I asked for, did all his homework, and had the specific cars I was interested in running and parked in the shade when arrived. Impressive. Gabe knew all the ins and outs of the vehicles, it was clear he did his homework and was eager to assist. No pressure, a great experience. Then I met Josh, one the managers, and he gave me a stellar deal. I love a great deal when making a purchase like this and I was VERY happy. I had shopped elsewhere too and these guys were the best deal overall. Even after the sale, when I called Gabe back with questions, he was very friendly and eager to help. I nightly recommend these guys. Great job!”
