“I Purchased a 2024 Jeep compass. The whole buying process was SMOOTH. I loved my sales associate and Vlad in Finance! Great did everything via phone all I had to do was come pick up the truck took less then 24 hours. The HORROR CAME AFTER ! This truck has been my biggest nightmare A WEEK AFTER PURCHASING the vehicle would not START at all! I called my sales person he told me to bring it to jeep which I did immediately I had to get it TOWED ! Jeep informed me they would need to keep the truck for 4-8 DAY! And they had NO LOANERS ATP IM furious I’m calling Audi like hey you guys sold me a truck a week ago that isn’t working ! They offered to cover a rental for ONLY UP TO $300 ! Which only basically covered 4 days at enterprise everything after I had to cover as if I didn’t just buy a car A WEEK AGO ! Fast forward a week later jeep basically says the battery is bad and they needed to be replaced repairs totaling $1300 !!!!!! Audi only offered me $500 and said that is all they can do and they would not be able to accommodate me anymore ! I had to pay the diff and that’s not even the worst part ! Jeep sent me a LIST OF BS THATS WEONG WITH THE TRUCK ! I was basically sold a lemon and only recived $800 in compensation. Thank God I got the warranty but certain thing I have to still pay out of Pocket! And who wants to use their warranty THE 1st week of purchasing a vehicle advertised to be in DAMN NEAR PERFECT CONDITION. Super sad definitely will not refer anyone to purchase a USED Car from here.”

Kudos to you, more of your coworkers should be like you and Samir which was my original salesman for my previous Audi but he is doing bigger and better things now. Kudos to him too, and also Jackie in financing and Jean that helped me with the tech side of the car. Other than amazing vehicles, Those are reasons why I keep coming back to Audi, if any of them gets to help you out, just know you’re in good hands.”
