Had a recall done on my vehicle at AutoNation Ford on Whipple in North Canton. Dealt with Joe the service advisor who was awesome. Was impressed how the technician servicing my vehicle even sent me video updates to show me what he was doing to my vehicle. Overall experience was great and no problems. I waited for my vehicle to be serviced and it was done quickly.

I had some recalls on my car and the entire experience was smooth and simple. From calling to make the appointment, dropping off my car, getting follow up info from the tech, and then getting my car back everything went great. All my questions were answered in a timely manner and I’ll for sure be back.

Overall very satisfied with the latest purchase of a new Maverick from the Auto Nation lot. My rep Kent was very patient and kind. The GM was reasonable in end of month deal and the finance person was informative. I did not feel the typically buyers remorse from a car purchase you sometimes get. I appreciate the information and the new car from AutoNation.

Purchased a new Ford Ranger from AJ who was a great salesman, and would happily work with him again. The new vehicle had both an Appearance and Theft Protection package at $750 each, which were added on to the sale price automatically. These were not shown on the online price or window sticker. On the final itemization both warranties are double asterisked with a specific explanation below that states "Appearance, Windshield, Theft and Dent Protection coverages are optional". Individual contract for each says "optional", "not required for purchase". When asked to opt out of these the manager told me I was free to cancel my purchase of the vehicle itself within 5 days, but said optional doesn't apply for a new car- only for sourced or used vehicles. Stated it is not optional for a new car off their lot because it protects them too. This was not written in the fine print of the itemization nor the contracts. I understand the reality of the "take it or leave it" philosophy, however contracts should match company policy. I was happy with the fair offer for my trade-in vehicle.
