He was welcoming, friendly and helpful. People are always fearful of coming to car dealerships because of the perception of salesmen being aggressive or sleezy. Not Samir. From the moment my boyfriend and I walked into the dealership, he greeted us at the door, asked us if we had an appointment (we said no), and then sat us down and asked us what brought us into the dealership. We talked about a RAV4 and Samir was able to show us the one I found online. I then test drove it, loved it, and then we sat down to talk about numbers. We didn’t feel pressured nor did we feel like Samir and his sales manager were being aggressive. They were helpful and got us the figure we wanted and then processed the entire sale with my trade in. If we had any questions, Samir answered them for us. It took us a while as we had to wait for the finance guy Rob. Rob was just meh. I wish he could have been more excited for us and other customers. His customer service was below par and he breezed through the finance part of it without much explanation. I feel bad for the first time car buyers. Rob had a lack of excitement and enthusiasm. Luckily, Samir checked on us to make sure things were going well. And since Rob expedited through all the signatures and paperwork process, I was glad to get out of his office and have Samir close us out. Samir got our car ready for us, took photos and we were happily on our way. I’m happy with my new 2025 RAV4! Highly recommend this Toyota dealership and I would definitely return!”
