I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding several unresolved issues following my purchase of a brand-new Range Rover P550e at the end of September 2025. At the time of the sale in September 2025, I was clearly informed that I would receive $1,300 back directly from Land Rover within a couple of weeks after delivery. Shortly after the sale, I was told there was a system shutdown at Range Rover, which could cause delays. I was understanding and accepted that explanation. However, it is now almost February, and despite multiple follow-ups since September 2025, I have received no update, no resolution, and no communication regarding this reimbursement. I have texted my salesperson, Julis, multiple times over the past several months. Unfortunately, he has been completely unresponsive. Prior to the sale, he replied promptly to every message. The complete lack of communication after the sale feels extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Additionally, I am very disappointed with the tire and rim protection package that I purchased. In standard practice—and based on my prior experience with a similar protection package purchased for my Porsche at Gold Coast Porsche—tire and rim damage are covered together. When I recently experienced a scratch on my rim, I was informed that the package I purchased only covers the tire, not the rim. This was not clearly disclosed at the time of signing, despite me specifically referencing my prior Porsche coverage during the finance discussion. Another serious concern is that my monthly payment terms were changed at signing. After my credit was run, I was quoted one rate and payment. However, at the time of signing in September 2025, the payment structure was altered. To accommodate the change, the mileage allowance was reduced, despite me clearly stating that I required a higher mileage option. This change was not aligned with what was originally discussed or agreed upon. Looking back, these last-minute changes and inconsistencies should have been a clear red flag. At that point, I should have walked away, as it became evident that something was not right with how the deal was being handled. At this point, I am requesting: 1. Immediate clarification and resolution regarding the $1,300 reimbursement. 2. A written explanation of why the tire and rim protection sold to me does not include rim coverage, despite how it was presented during the sale. 3. A response regarding the lack of communication from my assigned salesperson. I purchased a luxury vehicle with the expectation of professional service, transparency, and integrity. Unfortunately, my post-sale experience has not reflected the standards associated with the Land Rover brand. I look forward to your prompt response and a fair resolution.

I contacted AutoNation to sell my car and worked with a Ivan Mena. I was a little weary about selling my car and the strong offered they provided compared to others, but I decided to make the 40 minutes drive over since he was so thorough and professional on the phone. When I arrived, he was as expected and they did not play any games on my offer. They were very fair and it was a painless sale. Thank you very much and I will contact you again first whenever I’m looking to sell a car. I highly recommend Ivan and Land Rover of New Rochelle .

My experience was great, which is what I expected when buying a luxury vehicle. However, they went above and beyond. The entire transaction took two days, and their pricing model was excellent. The financing process was amazing, and the follow-up was outstanding. I am very happy that I chose to deal with them compared to anyone else.

Five star service all the way. From the moment we walked through the door till we drove off the lot with a new car! Steve Goldsmith was a pleasure to work with. Knowledgeable low pressure sales, this is the way it should be done. He was able to get me the car I wanted during JLR data breach madness. I would recommend Land Rover New Rochelle to anyone in the market.

One of the highlights of buying one of these wonderful machines is being able to be treated like a family member at Land Rover New Rochelle by Edgar for almost a decade. I only praise the best and this man is hands down the definition of great customer service thru and thru. I highly recommend to purchase your car/truck from any of the Land Rover dealers he heads the service department at.
