Of course there is so much pressure to buy a vehicle from them but once it’s done, they have no interest in answering any questions or returning a call when they said they would. I also feel like the bare minimum was given. No detail for a used vehicle and no gas. Overall it was an okay experience, i would definitely recommend somewhere else if they have what you’re looking for.”

“I've been using Tim Dahle Infiniti for service of my last car for 8 years now. I had a 2013 G37 that I loved. It was my baby, but it was starting to get time for something new. I spotted a 2023 Q50 at Tim Dahle Infiniti that caught my attention and decided to take a look. The salesperson "C.J." is kinda great. No pressure, just helpful. I took the car for a test drive and decided it's time for an upgrade. So off to C.J.'s office to talk details. I wasn't planning on trading in my G37. I figured I could sell myself. The trade-in value they gave me was pretty darn good and I decided to trade in. A few days later C.J. called to follow-up on something. Huh. Much of the time, you buy a car from a dealership, especially when it's used, you purchase and your done. I really appreciate the post sales check in. Overall, I feel like a got a great deal on an amazing used Q50. I still love my old car, but man this one is so nice to drive and beautiful. To add icing to the cake, a fantastic no pressure purchasing experience that was more about C.J. listening to what mattered to me and helping me. Like I said, kinda great!”

“I had an amazing experience buying my first car at Tim Dahle Infinity! Cameron (salesman ) and Isaac ( sales manager ) were very willing to work with me on what I wanted, got me a BEAUTIFUL Q50 for a great price! My finance manager Olesea made me feel so safe and comfortable with the decisions I was making and walked me through what I would need to know. All around a great dealership to work with!!”

“This is one of the worst dealers and I had a very bad experience, don't buy to them. They are dishonest people. They sold me an overpriced Tesla, which is double what the market is, with a broken front window and A/C issue. Their advertisements are different from the amount they have in their stores, but the worst thing is that they did not let me keep my Toyota Camry and they sold it for triple(almost $4500) Besides they only gave for that trade-in($700). The one who sold me the car was Moe, a very dishonest salesman who gave me one price first, then after the down payment, they gave me a completely different one. Even afterward, I spoke to the dealership manager and it was worse. He was too inconsiderate and did not care about his customers' situation. I tried to see if I was able to trade the Tesla that they sold me and they offered me less than other dealerships almost half of the loan and it was their car. Finally, when I wanted to cancel the optional payments, they did not want to answer me and told me they would contact me, but they never did. Save your money and go to another dealer who is honest and considerate to their customers.”
