“Awesome customer service. My 2024 Acura MDX needed serviced because of warning/sensor light warnings. I was able to get it in quite quickly and learned they needed to keep it for a few days to do diagnostics. They gave me a brand new loaner car until the issue was resolved, and took about 10 days. My car is now up and running again.”

“Service advisor Sean lied to me about replacing my engine filter. Had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I was sent a video from the service tech showing that my engine filter was very dirty and needed replacing. I didn't immediately figure out how to approve it on my phone because I was working on a few things. Normally the service advisor comes to you in the waiting room to tell you of any extra work they recommend and to get approval, so I wasn't concerned about not approving it online. I did approve replacing the engine filter online after a bit. Within minutes Sean, the service advisor, came and told me my car was done. I asked if they had replaced the filter since I had just barely approved it. Sean said yes. The total on the paperwork was a decent bit cheaper than what I approved online, so I questioned Sean again as to whether the filter had been replaced, emphasizing that I wanted to make sure because it was really dirty in the photos. Sean again said yes. Went home and checked the paperwork. There was no mention of the engine filter being replaced. My husband was able to check the filter and it had not been changed. I called and talked to Sean to ask why he had told me it was replaced when it wasn't (I had asked him twice while I was there!). He made up a couple of excuses that didn't make sense. He was having computer problems, so I told him he could call me back when his system was up. This was four days ago. No call back. I answered the quick survey that was texted to me, expressing my dissatisfaction. I even emailed who I was able to track down as the service manager and general manager. No response. I've never had a great experience with the service advisors at Mike Hale Acura. This was the final straw. I will not be back. I will not purchase another Acura.”

“This is the second time I’ve used Mike hale. They have been great. I dropped it off on what seemed to be a pretty busy morning. During the service on my car the tech recommended i have my rear differential serviced. They were not pushy about it at all, just a recommend I have it done soon. However I knew the mileage limit for the first diff service was coming up, so I was very pleased they brought it up, and were able to it right then. I don’t live to close to the dealership so they saved me an hour trip in a week or two. All of this was done so fast I should’ve just waited for my car. I will be back!”

“I purchased a 2023 Integra A-spec with tech. It only had 17k miles. After driving it for a couple weeks I noticed that the driver's side mirror was rattling loose. I took it in and Sean at the service department was awesome. He was able to get the part as soon as the next day. He was also able to get it covered under warranty. The repair took less than an hour. After the repair they even washed my vehicle. Great experience!”
