“I’ve been a Land Rover owner for almost 30 years, own 3 now and have had 7 (3 Range Rovers, 2 Discos and 2 Evoques) serviced with Land Rover Mt Kisco over the years. If you own one, it’s likely that you’re as fierce a supporter of the brand as I am. They simply design and make amazing cars. And, yet, with each innovation they imagine and engineer in their vehicles there is the chance that it won’t always work. If you own one, you know exactly what I mean. In Land Rover’s defense, perfection is difficult to achieve, especially when you’re continuing its pursuit year over year to design and manufacture the cars better. Thats why talented and committed leadership in the service department is so important. At Mt Kisco Land Rover, Don Thompson has the experience, expertise and passion to perfectly bookend the Land Rover engineering and production team. “We had an outstanding experience purchasing our Audi Q5 from Mount Kisco Land Rover. After some extremely negative experiences at other dealerships, we came in jaded and cautious, but the team here completely turned that around. Everyone we worked with was professional, transparent, and a true pleasure to deal with.
Jen (our salesperson) was fantastic from the very start. She quickly sent personalized videos, set up our appointment, and walked us through the entire process without any pressure. She even arranged to have the car sent to the Audi store for recalls without us needing to ask, and she made the experience easy even with our six-month-old in tow.
Andrew (sales manager) was another standout as he didn’t play games with us while we secured payment. He also promised to track down a second key that wasn’t turned in during the trade-in. Andrew and Jen kept their word!
Brittney J (finance manager) made the paperwork portion smooth and stress free, which we have never been able to say about past dealership experiences. She was clear, patient, and incredibly professional, even while our baby made things interesting.
Buying a car here was refreshingly different from the pushy and uncomfortable tactics that have sadly become too common elsewhere. Thanks to Jen, Andrew, and Brittney, the process was easy, transparent, and enjoyable. We will absolutely be checking back here first the next time we are in the market for a car.”

“I took my car to Mt Kisco dealership for a detailing / cleaning service With the hope that a thorough cleaning by a dealership would clear up smell from rodent damage.
I was very specific via text and a phone convo about where I had found some nesting debris and asked them to please clean that area. THEY DID NOT. Not only were they unable to follow simple instructions or rid the car of the smell with whatever procedure they did, but they COMPLETELY damaged the headliner on my car It was not like that when I dropped it off!!!
I called the service manager repeatedly and left voicemails but noone ever responded. I had to pursue a credit card dispute to get a partial refund but the damage done to my vehicle vehicle far exceeds the refund I got from the credit card company. What a complete disgrace.
Most of the complaints on these reviews, get a generic statement about how they care about their customers and to please call the service manager, but they do not care about their customers, and the service manager does not respond to phone calls or messages anyway.
Weeks later ...surprise ...still no follow up...
Update: Also discovered the Weather Tech liner for the back cargo area went missing.”

“I was very happy to purchase the 2024 Defender for my wife.
I live in Harrisburg, PA and they’re in NY, so I wanted to make sure that everything that I was told was correct.
I dealt with Edward Martinez from day one. He was very responsive and always did what he promised, unlike many other car sales people!
He sent me all the information that I needed and did a walk around video just so I know that the car was available. I negotiated the price details and my trade value before I got there so there was no surprises.
I drove to their location with my trade, he was waiting for me and brought the car. I was pleasantly surprised with it. We took it for a test drive and came back to complete the purchase.
I met their sales manager and Jill, in their finance. She was very helpful and had such positive energy.
The car went to a final wash/detail and it was ready for me to drive home.
Edward is still in touch daily to see how everything is going and/or if I had any questions. Very impressed by this guy!
Thank you all for the experience and I’ll definitely be back in the near future for my next purchase.”
