“On my way to work on Friday, the electrical system light went on in my old, 75K mile range rover sport. Instead of going to work, I pulled in Mt. Kisco Land Rover. They took me in with no appointment, got me an uber to work and went to work on my car. Within 24 hours, I drove out with a new car, an amazing deal and help navigating a very difficult financial upside down situation with my very broken car. The service folks started this amazing experience, with Chrystopher and Doug who could not have been more accommodating. Jen Artzt bent over backwards to make a deal happen for me and Andrew the manager gave it the final push. I was treated with kindness, respect and excellent service. I cannot thank them all for their professionalism, knowledge and help. I'll be back soon for all my services.”

“I had 10 options on my must have list for a Defender. I was told by multiple dealers it couldn’t be found without custom building it and waiting 4 months. Jennifer at Mt Kisco found it in 6 hours and it was ready for me to buy at her dealer the next day. It was kind of shocking. She prepped everything in advance, including the trade in process to spare me the extra time at the dealer with my two toddlers. I was in and out in about 2 hours. Jennifer went way above and beyond for me. It was awesome I am thrilled with the car and the service. 5 out of 5 no doubt.”

“TYPICAL SLEEZY DEALERSHIP DOESNT WANT EDUCATED CAR BUYERS
Was in contact with this dealership about purchasing a used Tesla from an hour away. I had a great pre approved financing rate and high carmax offer on my trade in. They offered me 2000 less for my trade and i advised i would trade locally and arrive with a check. I told them my financing rate and they told me they were excited to beat or match it and to fill out an app. After filling out the app first Range Rover hard inquiries me, then when they realized they couldn't get close to my rate, they farmed it out had 2 more hard inquiries just for them to call me at 6:30pm on a Friday, tell me they couldn't match my rate and if i couldn't be there at open the next day with a check they had 3 current appointments for the car and they wouldn’t take a deposit to hold it even though i had already filled out a credit app and signed the price sheet.
Once they realized i wouldn’t be financing or trading with them they kicked me to the curb with 3 unnecessary hard inquiries. And sold the car out from under me that i had already signed for.”

“I was very happy to purchase the 2024 Defender for my wife.
I live in Harrisburg, PA and they’re in NY, so I wanted to make sure that everything that I was told was correct.
I dealt with Edward Martinez from day one. He was very responsive and always did what he promised, unlike many other car sales people!
He sent me all the information that I needed and did a walk around video just so I know that the car was available. I negotiated the price details and my trade value before I got there so there was no surprises.
I drove to their location with my trade, he was waiting for me and brought the car. I was pleasantly surprised with it. We took it for a test drive and came back to complete the purchase.
I met their sales manager and Jill, in their finance. She was very helpful and had such positive energy.
The car went to a final wash/detail and it was ready for me to drive home.
Edward is still in touch daily to see how everything is going and/or if I had any questions. Very impressed by this guy!
Thank you all for the experience and I’ll definitely be back in the near future for my next purchase.”
