“My sales guy James was awesome would recommend him, Still love my blazer RS. They had some protective coating and lojack that said was already on the car, crazy to think I should have to pay more for something I didn't ask for. I didn't want any of this and they could have removed the lojack. When I refused the protective coating, guess what they just didn't put it on the car. This is a scam. Financing - I have 4 hard inquiries which makes no sense, my credit score is an 820 when they ran it. She put the wrong ss number on my DMV paperwork, I had to go back and sign that paper again. I am 30 minutes away. I was only giving the option of 72 months, since when do they not show you mutplie options? I had to ask for 60 months. Most dealerships will show 48, 60 and 72 months. They tried to sell me some bs warranties, I never buy them they are scam and after I told you no I shouldn't have to listen to the sales pitch. My oil light was on, they said it was changed, it was but it was definitely dirtier than new. 2 free oil changes are for used oil. They try to get me to sign for onstar which I will never buy. What do I need that for, I have cell phone that does all of that besides tell you car maintenance. I don't need onstar every few months giving me their sales pitch because I pushed the button. Overall watch your paperwork carefully and if you can come in with your own fiance company. Only reason for 3 stars was cause of James.”

“Extremely disappointed. Started with the first estimate, said a part was $1400+ dollars. I looked on GM parts site and could get it from a competitor dealership for $670. Called and asked about the price difference. It was blamed on computer issue. Said the best they could do was msrp of $894 and I had to get the part from them. Then next day while they were programming the new module the battery weekend. Wonder why. They said I had to get a new battery for $285 that included install. I asked why they couldn’t charge the battery and program it. I can get a battery at Costco less than $200. She said it didn’t work that way. I’ve never heard of not being able to charge a battery and work on a vehicle at the same time. So I had to get a battery. Next, Charged me $95 for diag fee which is fine however most places I’ve dealt with puts those charges towards the work if performed. They didn’t. All said, went to pick vehicle up, they still billed the part at $1400. Again blamed computer. They did fix the price. Got vehicle and the battery install said included setting the date and radio back to the correct times. That wasn’t done either. Very disappointing. I will drive across town to a different Chevy dealership next time. Update. The service manager called. We talked. She was very caring, apologized and explained how some of the processes work. I appreciate that she called to follow up and explain things. I do feel better about the process now. Thanks!”
