“I came in for an oil change. After sending me a video of the technician showing me that everything was great and clearly stating that I passed their 34 point inspection, the service specialist called to tell me I needed a new battery because my car would not start without a jump. After I pushed back asking how this was possible since I never had any issues and that this was contrary to the video that they just sent me, she told me they couldn’t get a battery for two weeks anyway. When I showed up to retrieve my car, a different service specialist checked me out with zero mention of the battery “issue” and my car (which they pulled into a spot which would have been incredibly difficult to jump start) started just fine. I have been driving it ever since with zero issues.”

“Bought a Kia Sportage Prestige. Got to the number and the car I really wanted quickly—love that. Put $500 down on 12/10 and the car came in on 12/16 when we went to pick it up. The car looked great and as Tony was explaining the details of the inside of the car, my husband was sitting in the back listening. He hit the heated seat button for the backseats and nothing happened which was a HUGE red flag—what else could be wrong or what else did they not check on the delivery checklist? They changed out the fuse but that didn’t work so we had to bring it back in for them to fix it on another day which they did. We asked for the down payment to be refunded b/c we forgot about it for a couple days after the sale was finalized. My husband reached out several times and finally we were told that we had to physically come in to refund it to the card it was charged to. Sure seems like they could have taken it off the price of the car when we settled up on the 16th or sent us a check but nope they told me to come in and they would fill my tank up for my troubles. I brought it in and was told there was only one guy who could process a refund so I sat down for 30 minutes. I asked for the fill up but that didn’t happen either. I finally left. I shouldn’t have had to come in at all and now I am going to wait another 30 minutes for a fill up when someone has time. Nope!!”
