“I went to this dealership to buy a used Toyota! But they were extremely nice and maintained great communication throughout the process. Chis was my salesperson and I wish I could give him 7 stars. He was courteous, and super helpful. After we negotiated a fair price, which is what I expected, he went out his way to ensure I was satisfied and happy. He even drove the car to my house. “Was on vacation a month ago and looked at 2026 kona limited talked to a salesman and told him we would ve back in December. We talked to the salesman and agreed on a price well one month later we are back in Florida and made a appointment with the salesman we was at the dealership and he pawned us off to another salesman because he knew he could not give us the price we came to. Typical salesman I guess he thought the other salesman had more experience bs.... the sales manager would not even negotiate good for them end of year zero sales... Funny thing is original salesman did not even have any customer when he said he did. Just sales lies. Don't waste time this dealer sucks”

“I’m starting to feel like all dealerships are dishonest. Last week I worked out a deal with this dealership got everything in writing and when I went the next day to finish the deal, they told me this car was sold the night before. I found out when I was standing in the dealership that the car was no longer available They had a similar car but had 9000 more miles. It was also priced $900 cheaper however the manager wanted to charge me $600 more than the car I went there to buy. I was not going to pay more for a car that was listed for $900 less than the car I went there to buy. Fast forward to yesterday when the dealership called me about this same car and to make a long story short, they agreed to sell me the car for $900 less than the car I went to buy the week prior that was sold. I was told in order to get that price I would need to finance it and if I wanted to pay it off early that was fine. I completed the credit application to get the process started as I was told I would not lose the car if I did this. They ran my credit and then I get a text from the sales person A couple hours later that they sold the car to someone else. So now my credit took a hit and I lost the car. You don’t have someone fill out a credit application, run it and then sell the car to someone else, that is beyond unacceptable. This dealership says they care about the customer? These dealerships don’t care about the Customer all they wanna do is sell the car despite what they tell you.”
