“The wheeling and dealing was normal they eventually gave me the price I wanted. The problem exist with their integrity. All I needed was a purchase order to give to my bank and emphatically stated I didn't want my credit ran again. They assured me several times there was no need to run my credit and they could complete the deal without a purchase order because of their relationship with the bank. Integrity is important that why they only get 3 stars”

A special shout-out to Ricardo, the salesman who truly made this experience exceptional. Ricardo was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about finding the right vehicle for my needs. He took the time to explain every detail, answered all of my questions honestly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured.

“On January 27, 2026, I brought my vehicle to a GMC dealership for maintenance related to tire pressure sensors and a check engine light. After inspection, the dealership recommended three services, assuring me these repairs would resolve the issues. I paid a total of $2,268.66 for the recommended services.
On January 28, 2026, I picked up my vehicle. Within one hour of leaving the dealership, the check engine light and tire sensor warnings reappeared, indicating that the services were not properly completed. Additionally, the vehicle was returned to me in worse condition than when it originally dropped off. The car would no longer crank to start, and the tire pressure sensors began failing one by one.
When I initially contacted the dealership, my service advisor, Doreen, informed me that I would need to take the vehicle to another repair shop. On January 29, 2026, I returned the vehicle to the dealership seeking a resolution. At that time, the manager, Franklin, stated that the vehicle had been misdiagnosed by their technician and claimed the problems were now considered a new issue but that the dealership could not repair the vehicle.
Despite the fact that the services I paid for did not resolve the original issues and left my vehicle in an unusable and unsafe condition, the dealership only agreed to issue a partial refund. As of one week later, the refund check has still not cleared. My vehicle remains inoperable, and the situation has caused significant inconvenience and safety concerns.
I believe the dealership failed to properly render the services paid for and caused additional damage to my vehicle. I am requesting a full refund of the $2,268.66 charged for services that were not completed as promised.”
