“Yesterday we visited Toyota of Cleveland to look at options for replacing my husband’s older SUV, and from the moment we pulled onto the lot the experience was outstanding. Tyler Standridge greeted us right away, asked what brought us in, and genuinely listened to what we needed. Even though sales is his job, we never once felt pushed or steered into something outside of our comfort zone. He paid close attention to my must-have list and only showed us vehicles that fit our criteria and budget. We were able to test drive several options, and he did a great job walking us through the features and making sure we felt comfortable in each one. Our budget was tight, and they still went above and beyond to make it work. Mike Covington, sales managers, even pushed through additional trade-in value on my husband’s SUV to help keep the numbers in line. (We already knew what it was worth, so we know this was above asking!) We were also really impressed with the finance team and Justice. He ran multiple scenarios for us, clearly explained all the add-ons, and never made us feel pressured. It honestly helped us build the exact package we wanted without going over our bottom line. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better car-buying experience. We’re thrilled with our new-to-us Nissan Pathfinder, and it already feels like the perfect fit for our family. We’ll absolutely be back to work with this team again for any future vehicle needs.”
