“Extremely rude service advisor. I will never bring any of my cars here. I own three Lincoln’s. I am a car collector and I have a 2003 Lincoln Town Car in a rare trim with a faulty body control module. I diagnosed the issue myself after trying several electrical tests on this car. I’m an ASE certified master technician and I have a bachelors degree in automotive engineering technology from the university of Michigan. I called to have my new body control module reprogrammed and have new keys made for this car. Due to the faulty anti theft system, this car is bricked. I decided I am not comfortable to take my car due to how I was treated. I called the day before to Mike in parts, and he was absolutely amazing to work with and more than happy to work with me. In service, I was treated like numbers on a balance sheet. I’m also filing a formal complaint with FMC, since I am also a Ford commercial technician.”
