“Great place. A little tight getting in but the staff is knowledgeable and respectful. I dropped off my car in the morning by noon it was ready. I received updates along the way and even a ride to work. I am very pleased with the VW of DTLA.”

Stay away from this location.
Unprofessional, disrespectful, inefficient, not trustworthy.
I bought a car with Mickey on Sunday, his finance manager Greg promised me to send out important documents by Monday morning in order to get my car, which I am trading in, signed over into their name to trade it off. I was promised I would be provided with the tracking number for the documents Monday. On Wednesday I still had not received the tracking number and asked Mickey about it in the morning. He claimed the finance manager would not be in until the afternoon and he had to ask him and he would get back to me later: surprise surprise: he never did get back to me. I had to contact him again… I did so at 3 pm and he sent me a tracking number a short time later which was initiated at 3:15 pm that day, only AFTER I had inquired about the tracking number twice and 2 1/2 days later as had been promised. I am sure if I hadn’t ask about the tracking number the documents would still not be mailed for a few more days, after all they already had my signature on a contract and $1000 down payment from me so why still bother with customer “service” when they had already made money of me. Why bother. Let’s focus on new potential customers instead of wasting time with already existing customers.
I am also a woman and I am sure I am being discriminated at the car dealership.
Plus finger pointing, nobody taking responsibility but acting like immature kindergardeners claiming that the other person is at fault.
As soon as they had my signature and my money they completely forgot about me.
I was supposed to pick up the car on Saturday. I changed my work appointments in order to be able to pick up the car by Saturday midday, but now it will be delayed by an entire week. I am already paying for insurance for the new car.
Get EVERYTHING in writing IF you go to this car dealership, even if it is about when which documents will be send. Better go to a different car dealership, unless you want to be treated disrespectfully.
Mel claimed on the phone that he “tried to” contact me - tried to? What held him back? Nothing but excuses. I don’t see a missed call on my phone. I do not see a vm, nor a text, nor an email. Tried to contact me? And how did the trying fail?
Excuses, excuses… they don’t even have the guts, nor courtesy to stand up for their mistakes but feed you lies and excuses. Very disrespectful to a client who just spent $40000 with them.”

“We had to do some pretty major repairs on our car, but we were not overcharged for anything. All the prices were very reasonable, and they even gave us a loaner car, which was great, especially when some of the parts took longer to be shipped. The ease at which we were able to get our car back and receive and return, the loaner was incredible”
