“We came out to Honda of North Hollywood with our eyes set on the new Honda Passport for our growing family and the team here did not disappoint. In today’s economy, it can be difficult to come to a compromise that everyone feels good about but the team here worked with us from the beginning with transparency and respect. Eric, our salesperson, worked with us instead of just trying to wheel and deal us and was super personable. As we continued negotiating, Saily and eventually Saba, the general manager, stepped in to really seal the deal. Honestly, Saba coming in at the end to make sure we were happy with the deal just showed how much they care about the people coming in.
