“We went to the lot based on a vehicle they had listed on their website. When we got there, we were hooked up with Rusty. He was a really nice guy. However, the vehicle we were looking for had been sold to another dealership and since sold. That was frustrating that their website was not current. Rusty tried to show us another vehicle, but we knew our child wouldn't like it. We were told a story about a vehicle they had on the lot, it was allegedly a managers wife's car, and not for sale. But they would let us look at it. It was a 2024 Nissan Altima with all the safety features we wanted for our child. They were able to make the sale happen. We were told there were 2 keys, which was important for us. We were not given the 2nd key at the time of purchase. I ended up meeting with Riley, he gave us the 2nd key, however it was not a factory key. It was an aftermarket key. I wish we'd been told they didn't have the official 2nd key, but at least we have 2 now. The car is perfect for our daughter, so I'm glad they made the sale happen!”
