Me and my wife had some real bad luck with our old vehicle so we decided to come by and see what this dealership would be willing to do. They really helped us out and got us in a much more reliable vehicle and a vehicle we are a lot happier with. Stop by and ask for Paul Duncan, he went above and beyond to help us out. Took the time to really understand what we had been through and what we were looking for. Overall absolutely great experience, they really saved the day for us!!!

Bought my first Ford from GYFK yesterday. I highly recommend going to see Paul Duncan. Paul is not only knowledgeable about the products but kind, efficient, and communicative throughout the entire process. He made the car buying program 100 times better. Paul, thank you for all the help and coordinating the add-ons for my purchase. Go check out what rebates they have going and get in a vehicle you're happy with!

We have had nothing but positive experiences with Gary Yeomans Fore Knoxville. From using the service center for my daughter’s car to purchasing a vehicle this past Friday. Joslyn was amazing and sent me over vehicle information before we arrived and had the vehicle we were interested in ready when we arrived. The whole process was one of the best I have ever had with a car dealership. There were smiles all around when we drove off the lot Friday night with the truck. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Had a great experience buying my new F-250. No pressure and everything was straightforward. Zach was fine young man and listened to our concerns about the first truck we test drove and switched for an identical truck. They all wanted to make sure we were happy with the deal and followed up to make sure we were still happy. Highly recommend.

We were treated like family. Salesman were eager to answer all questions but not be pushy. Knowledgeable about all vehicles and packages. Truly a unique experience and a fun day. They worked with us deciding financing and term of loan based on our percentage rates. I have never been treated so well when buying a new car. We bought the extended bumper to bumper warranty and were able to tailor it to our needs and save money. Everyone we met was wonderful and friendly and took their time to make sure we understood everything. We even received a $2 bill and had our picture made with it and the truck and our salesman. Wonderful service and we will be doing all our car shopping at Gary Yeomans. Would recommend them to friends and family. They also followed up immediately with a call to make sure we were happy with everything and also called to get the truck scheduled to be ceram coated asap. I will also get a loaner car to drive when I drop off the truck. Wasn’t expecting that.
