“Audi Jacksonville delivered the most unprofessional car-buying experience I have encountered — and I purchase vehicles for a living. My sales representative, Britton, was consistently unprofessional and unresponsive. Basic questions were not answered in a timely manner, and I had to provide the same information multiple times. I was subjected to the predictable “someone else is looking at this car” pressure tactic to push the deal closer to asking price. I received several butt-dial calls within a 20-minute span. Most concerning, an extended warranty — costing several hundred dollars — was added to the purchase without prior discussion or authorization. The vehicle itself was not as represented. The rear doors appeared to have been spray-painted, something not discernible in the advertised photos. There was adhesive residue across the rear of the vehicle, and the windshield washer pump was inoperable. The vehicle required $600 in body shop repairs just to make it presentable. I notified the dealership sales manager Evan Driscoll, and they agreed to review the matter and discuss reimbursement. Since then, my calls and emails have gone unanswered. I also specifically requested that my deposit be refunded separately and not applied toward the sale price. This was agreed upon. Instead, additional unexplained fees — beyond the dealer documentation fee — were added to the balance sheet, resulting in a discrepancy. The dealership retained the remaining portion of my deposit to offset this, despite it more than covering the shortfall. It took weeks of persistent follow-up, numerous unanswered calls and emails, and ultimately a threat of further action before my reimbursement was finally processed. This experience reflects a lack of transparency, accountability, and professionalism at every stage of the transaction. I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase from Audi Jacksonville to proceed with extreme caution.”

“Sorry, 0 stars. They ripped my coolant line and caused a leak when I only went in for an oil change. I had to buy the parts and fix it myself. The car runs smooth now, but I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there anymore. Lousy service and lies. I got all proof.”

“Started shopping around for the wife a new Audi A6 and find one online in Jacksonville, FL. Reached out and got the sales man Justin, started texting and working a deal cause I live in Savannah GA area. He sent pictures of the new car, did the trade over the phone, when the wife got home from work around 430 she just had to have it, so we made the trip to Jacksonville. Great people, great place had everything ready to go which made the process so smooth. We will definitely go back for future upgrades. Justin was awesome to work with made the whole experience great would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a vehicle from this dealership. On a side note, nobody could come close to the deal they have us. Great place”

“This was quite an enjoyable car buying experience. We were greeted by our sales consultant as soon as we walked and offered a beverage. We chatted for a few minutes and were then shown the car we came to see. After a quick spin in the vehicle, we came back to negotiate the purchase. This was a win-win for both parties.
