“I truly can’t thank Luis at Honda Auto Nation Miami Lakes enough for the experience he gave me. I walked in around 7:30 PM, close to closing time, and instead of rushing me, he showed me patience, kindness, and genuine care. From the moment we started talking, I felt heard not sold to.
I came in with an Accord Sport and left upgrading to a CR-V Touring, thanks to Luis taking the time to walk me through the numbers and options, I felt confident in my decision. He never pressured me, never made me feel uncomfortable, and allowed me to move at my own pace. That meant everything to me.
Car buying can be stressful and overwhelming, but Luis made this experience emotional in the best way because I left feeling proud, excited, and happy with my choice. That doesn’t happen often. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine energy truly set him apart.

“I brought my vehicle to Honda de Hialeah on two occasions (11/12/25 and 12/16/25) due to a battery issue where the vehicle would drain overnight and required jump-starting. During the first visit, the service department diagnosed the problem as a bad battery and required me to purchase a new one for $437.76. I trusted their professional diagnosis.
Only days later, the vehicle presented the exact same issue, so I returned to the dealership. After keeping my car all day, I was initially told it was ready, then later called and told it was not and that additional testing was needed. Eventually, I was informed that the battery was never the issue. Instead, a component inside the driver’s door was causing a voltage drain, and I was told the repair would cost over $700 more.
This clearly indicates that the original diagnosis was incorrect, resulting in unnecessary expenses. I requested a reasonable resolution: applying the cost of the battery toward the correct repair and paying the difference. The Service Director only offered a $150 credit, which was unacceptable. To make matters worse, they refused to provide the diagnostic report, claiming it was “free,” even though it was offered because this was my second visit for the same unresolved problem.
I escalated the issue to the General Manager, who also refused to provide documentation or offer any meaningful solution. I left the dealership without a repair, without documentation, and without any assurance regarding the condition of my vehicle.
This dealership showed a complete lack of transparency, accountability, and customer service. I do not recommend Autonation HONDA Miami Lakes 👎”

“This is my 5th lease with Honda and hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced was at Honda AutoNation in Miami Lakes. Roberto was personable, caring, honest and attentive from the moment I walked in. He took into consideration all my needs and concerns. I didn’t think twice about leasing another vehicle. Alexis, the Financial Advisor, was also a true pleasure to work with. None of that back and forth BS that dealerships usually do. To the point, no lies or gimmicks on the final cost. “My daughter and I were interested in buying a Honda CR-V Hybrid. We already had an idea of what we wanted, and since another dealership was unable to honor the online price, I contacted AutoNation Miami Lakes Honda to avoid wasting time. I spoke with Gabriel Fernandez, explained exactly what we wanted, and the price we had seen online. Gabriel immediately checked with his manager, Mr. Manuel Lima, and reassured us that the online price would be honored. Shortly after, we were on our way to the dealership.
When we arrived, Gabriel greeted us warmly and started the process. We had a few additional requests, and he handled them with professionalism. With the help of Mr. Lima, all of our questions were answered thoroughly. Mr. Lima also came out to introduce himself, and he turned out to be one of the friendliest, most down-to-earth managers we have ever met. By the time we moved to the finance department, we truly felt like part of the Honda family.
We then met with financial manager Mr. Alexis Gomez, who, just like the rest of the team, impressed us with his knowledge and personality. Buying a car can be a long process, but even though everyone stayed almost an hour and a half past closing, we never felt rushed — in fact, the team made us feel quite the opposite: welcome and valued.
I’ve purchased many vehicles over the years, and I can honestly say this was the best experience I’ve ever had. Way to go, Team Miami Lakes! We will definitely be returning.”
