Dealer rep, Rashad, was very helpful. We did all our dealing online, and then he delivered the new car to our doorstep, and drove our trade-in back to the dealership. I might note that the dealership was a 90 minute drive away! We never set foot inside the dealership at all. We are very happy with the whole transaction!

I bought a car here a month ago and similar to what the other reviews say, it was the best car buying experience I have had. Paul was very knowledgeable throughout the entire process, but more importantly he was kind. I’m very happy with my purchase and actually look forward to coming back here for future service visits.

Silas Walker, the sales agent, was exceptional. He helped me find the exact car that I wanted with all the extra features and the dealership was offering 0% financing, which other dealerships were not. That was a BIG selling point for me. During my search for a midsize SUV, other car dealerships were offering 4.99% and up, and when I asked about 0% they said they could not do that. I have an excellent credit score but they still were not able to extend that to me, but Lincoln did. As soon as I saw that they could do 0%, my search stopped. Lincoln won my business. Silas was very thorough with explaining all the modern technical features of the 2025 Nautilus, showing me how to operate everything in the car and even offering to help after I left the dealership if I had any additional questions. I appreciated the time he took because it was a lot to learn and find all the features. The dealership also offered to turn in my rental car for me, which was a nice bonus and great service. That saved me a trip and the hassle and I was able to leave the dealership in my new car. They also had a large variety of drinks and snacks available while I was waiting for the paperwork to be ready. Thanks to Silas Walker and everyone at Lincoln for your hospitality, honesty, and amazing experience. I haven’t had a new car in 14 years so I am very happy with my purchase.
