“Not happy with the Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe. I got it in December last year. 2024 It had 4000 miles on it. We bought the loaner on the lot just because you save a little. That was a mistake. First I have had it in for electrical problems so many times I cant remember. Every time its a trip to diagnose and then come back for service. Some as little as a 4 hr fix to a 5 day fix waiting for parts. The long one they did give me a loaner. I went in to see what we could do about exchanging it for something different and it has already lost half its value. So of course we owe way more than its worth. The dealership said they would make it right with and extended warranty but in the end it was on us to throw down $3000 to $6500 for that warranty. I guess that was taking care of us! Also a recall with no fix just came out saying we can not charge in garage for risk of fire so now its winter and Im parking outside. It has been one thing after another and I feel stuck for years!! Only hope I have is things keep happening and its someday fits the criteria for lemon law. The service team has been great. Especially Gabe. Im in there so much they should know me by name soon. In the end I have had this car in the last 11 months more than I did my last car in 10 years. Worst decision Ive ever made.”
