“Worked with Mathew Soto to get a new Grand Highlander. Excellent vehicle in high demand so we had to order the one we wanted. Matthew patiently showed us many options on our initial visit and we decided to order the highlander. No pressure, just friendly and helpful.
When the vehicle arrived pickup was smooth and drama free as expected. Would recommend to pay him a visit.”

“Be careful when you go for oil change they add the tire rotation for about $65 extra but they don’t do it. This happened to me both in Stamford and Greenwich Toyota. Make sure to mark your tires that way you know if your tires were rotated otherwise you’ll be paying $60-$70 for nothing Their excuse? You’re tired did not need to be rotated. my issue? But you charged me for it. Their response? We cannot communicate with the technicians inside the shop, which is a lousy excuse if you ask me. I’ll rather to do my oil change at the gas stations if this is how you scam your customers. They refunded my money after asking twice.”

“Last week I visited to see if I could test drive a 2024 Toyota Prius. Taft and Jose took great care to answer my many questions and spent 2-3 hours with me finding exactly the specs I wanted. They negotiated with another dealer to get the car I wanted at the price point I needed and sweetened the deal with a pretty fair trade-in and $500 discount. Then when I realized the car I agreed to didn’t have the larger screen they then worked and got me the one I really preferred too. They did all this in just three days. I am now happily driving a gorgeous new car.
It’s also worth saying that this is my first time buying a car and they were really patient and allowed me to consult with people over the phone during this too. They didn’t rush me into making a choice. They explained everything very well.”
