Had to get my car fixed at the collision center. They were super quick, had it done within a couple of days and theu worked great with insurance and coordinating ans rental for me. It was a very seamless process.

Joe Rose was our salesman and he provided the best experience we've ever had in buying a vehicle! He is very professional but yet personable, knows the vehicles and helped us select just the right vehicle for our needs!!!! The manager, Derrick, was also great and made us felt welcomed and valued, not just about buying a vehicle, but caring to ensure we had a positive experience! Everyone we met at Chevy Bergstrom Green Bay were amazing! Best car purchasing experience we've ever had! We will definitely be back and working with Joe Rose the next time we purchase a vehicle!!! Thank you Joe!!!!

I had the best service yet! Shawn S. took care of me and the issue with my vehicle easy peasy! Great customer service is always appreciated but rare to come by these days, but Bergstrom on Ashland quickly handled business!

I brought my vehicle to Bergstrom Chevrolet for warranty work and had an extremely disappointing experience. When I picked up my car, I immediately noticed significant damage along the entire side of the vehicle. I reported it before leaving the lot, and the service advisor initially acknowledged that the damage appeared fresh and stated it would be taken care of. Shortly after I left, however, I received a call saying their cameras were down and they needed to verify whether the damage had been there prior to service. I followed up the next business day after not receiving a return call from the service manager. The voicemail I received was dismissive and unprofessional. I was told the vehicle had been dropped off overnight and was “dirty” from winter conditions, and that the technician had not seen anything in a video taken during service. The explanation felt defensive and focused more on casting doubt than resolving the issue. Throughout the process, both male service employees I dealt with were disrespectful and passive-aggressive in their tone and communication. Rather than showing concern or accountability, the approach felt minimizing and adversarial. Although the dealership ultimately repaired the damage, they refused to take responsibility and never offered an apology. The lack of transparency, professionalism, and basic customer respect was unacceptable. Because of how this was handled, I will not be returning for future service.

We recently purchased a brand new 2025 Chevrolet Suburban at Bergstrom Chevrolet of Green Bay. We worked with salesman Brandon Murray, and we have nothing but positive things to say about the entire experience ! He’s knowledgeable , personable , and punctual . He was patient with us and made sure we were well informed on all the(many!) questions we had. We never felt any pressure. His supervisor, Lee, was also wonderful to work with. Very friendly and approachable in the process of the sale. We highly recommend working with this team. We’ve been to many dealerships , but this was by far the best experience we’ve had all around in buying a vehicle !! We love our new suburban and look forward to working with Bergstrom for years to come!
