After 1 hour and 15 minutes, i asked what was happening with my vehicle and i had to be leaving soon. 10 minutes later, the truck was still not done. Finally after 1 hour and 38 minutes, i got my truck back. I did not get the paper report, i did not get a car wash. I was 13 minutes late for my 1st appointment. I would never return, but when i bought the vehicle i also bought a multi year oil change package, so will return rather than lose the money already invested, but i'm not happy about it.”
