“I just bought a new jeep wrangler from AutoNation Jeep West. Everyone there was incredibly friendly and helpful. Nate was my salesperson and I felt like I was buying from a friend. I never felt pressured and only felt like Nate was trying to consult me on was best for me. Even after I told him I loved the jeep and wanted to look into cost, he asked me if I was sure that was the color I wanted. I highly recommend AutoNation Jeep West! This is my second time to buy from them and I plan to only use them in the future! Thanks for making my new jeep buying experience a truly enjoyable time!”

“Chris was awesome got me into the jeep i came in for. Did not take long. It was during the day i was at work took a couple of hours off to fill out some paperwork had to go back to work and on my way back to work i got a call saying i was approved, i was so excited, man my dream jeep, a brilliant black with a pearl coat jeep grand cherokee overland, man this jeep was pretty fell inlove. Even at 144k miles still runs and feels like it is brand new, if it was not for chris and the finance team i would not be in this right now. They were fast very friendly and i would recommend everyone togo see chris at autonation west to get your next car she will make you happy.”

“The customer service here exceeds the “Call of duty!” The patients that my sales representative Jermey had is to be compared to a saint. When it seemed extremely unlikely that I would be able to get a feasible finance quote due to high lender suggestions and strange credit inquiry results. In the midst of me throwing in towel my sales representative reassured me that he would not give up on me. He told that he would collaborate with management and the finance person to get me the car. They somehow reduced my down payment six thousand dollars by the next day, and gave me a warranty that covers almost anything. They even went as far as reserving the vehicle for when others came in to buy it.
The unfortunately had an unforeseen issue that was not covered by the warranty. I sent a text to Jermey, my sales representative and the manager paid for the repair out of pocket.
A lot of people are afraid to buy vehicles from car lots because of shady customer service, and they hate payments. But there is a lot of security at this store. I went to three dealers before this one and one sold the car I wanted while I was actively buying it, and the other two, I wasn’t happy with the car!
