“After leaving Alpine GMC & having no luck with a 2023 GMC Terrain because of my trade-in, I decided to send an email to Autonation Buick GMC, I received a very fast response from Yami Urias, I went in & she had 2 vehicles I was interested in parked right out front for me to test drive, I decided on a 2024 GMC terrain, Arie Friel in financing reached out to several lenders & came back with an approval & the team also got me 4 times what other dealerships offered for my trade. When I signed paperwork though, the interest rate was quite a bit lower than what Arie & I discussed, he actually dug a little deeper & went with Autonation Financing which allowed me to get the extended warranty, GAP & Appearance Protection & be within the budget we discussed. Yami has called me several times to make sure I was happy with my purchase, Julio Saenz the Sales Mgr has also called me to check in with me. I am Very Happy I went here & purchased my vehicle. Great Team to deal with.”

“This is a follow up to my situation about the rim on my truck. store management tells you to call them and make it right, so I did, they told me "they'd take care of me". But what that meant for a 6 year service customer and someone who bought a vehicle there, that means offering to replace something I can get at autozone. Do NOT waste your time with this company. They admitted fault for damaging my $500 rim, and itll be $600 after labor for a new rim/lugnuts/valve stem. My 3rd party mechanic also verified that all 4 rims weren't torque to the proper tightness and another lug wasnt even handtight. I couldve been out almost $3000 due to their lack of attention to detail and they "were going to take care of me" by buying a SET of new lugnuts. Ive had multiple issues with the service department in my time with autonation and I havent been vocal about it. Its on their record and they can deny it if they please. The lube tech forgot to put a valve stem in my brand new tire and it fell off on the freeway, putting people in danger. Auto nation does not care about customer safety and feel as if a simple slap in the face to customers who spend money with them is "taking care of them."”

“This dealership made my purchases easy especially RICARDO SÁNCHEZ he helped me a lot since the first time I went into this dealership he was making sure we were ok asking if we needed anything he went out and about to provide the best costumer service he helped me get my truck when I went to trade in my car about two years ago and than later on he helped me get another car and he was always super helpful and took his time to answer all the questions I had about the truck/car he also helped my sister get her first car with no credit he made sure to provide her the best costumer service for her first time buying a car even after a couple weeks he would still check in with us asking how we were liking our cars asking if we had any questions he actually cared about the service he was providing to his customers whoever had the chance to work with him you know how good he was…thank you for everything you did for us RICARDO 🕊️it was a pleasure doing business with you my boy”
