We have leased new cars from Holiday and loved the experience. The 2 star review has to do with the budget center cars. Do not buy from there. Bought a car a year ago and it has been nothing but trouble, in and out of the shop. Now the warranty adjuster says they won't cover the $5,000 fix it needs. What a joke! Stay away.

Once again Holiday Automotive proves that they are the best of the best in the automotive industry. Mike Shannon has developed a culture within his team that should be envied not only in the auto industry but throughout the business world. The experienced team of Tim, Mike, Kyle & Ella made my entire experience seamless. From listening to my needs when ordering my new Yukon to following up with me along the way then letting me know that the truck arrived almost a month ahead of schedule and finally making the delivery process fast and easy. I couldn't ask for more. It's always refreshing to know that when you deal with Holiday your are dealing with a team that you can trust and will treat you like family. Why would anyone even think of going anywhere else? They truly live up to there slogan "It's worth the trip". Thanks again for another fantastic experience!

I bought a Chevy Colorado from a different dealership over an hour away from where I live. A few weeks after purchasing the vehicle, I noticed fiberglass hairs coming from my muffler. After researching on google what it could be, I found nothing showing me good signs. I, then, took it in to the closest Chevy dealership (Holiday in Fond du Lac) two weeks ago. I explained to them the issue and also showed the hairs in the muffler. I explained to them that I contacted another local mechanic and he explained the issue needs to get resolved right away because it means my muffler is shot. After taking it into Holiday, I spoke with a female service advisor and the service manager Tom. The female service advisor tried explaining to me that she believes I was “being pranked and someone had shoved a wig in my muffler.” The service manager explained that he had worked in the career field for 30 years and he had never seen something like this before and believes it was either a prank as well or rodents getting into my muffler. I requested for them to put a camera in my muffler to see if there was any issues. The service advisor came back and explained the hairs were melting to the inside of my muffler and they will find something to put up there and remove the rest of the hairs. The hairs were removed from what they told me, again tried telling me they believe I was being pranked, handed me my keys and stated “if there are any further issues, give us a call.” I felt uneasy so I scheduled an appointment with the dealership I got the vehicle from and explained what has been going on. Took my vehicle in this morning and was told I needed a whole new muffler, I was also told I should have never been driving it because it is a fire hazard. This was my first time taking a vehicle in to be serviced by holiday and will be my last. This “prank” could have been a lot more costly than what holiday believed it to be.

I had the two best guys from Holiday Automotive work to help me drive off the lot . Tyler "Red" Miller and Dale Kuehl. They both worked hard for me to drive away happy. I love my new car !!!! Thanks so much, Holiday Automotive ❤️ Isn't she pretty 😍
