“Sophie at Acura of Fayetteville was extremely helpful throughout our purchase experience. We purchased our certified MDX in December 2025, and she was very patient in showing us every vehicle we asked to see.
Since there is a Honda showroom right next door, we wanted to compare the Acura MDX with the Honda Pilot. Sophie took the time to show us both vehicles, which really helped us make a confident decision.
When it came time to discuss the final numbers, the process was clean, transparent, and exactly as explained upfront. They ran only the exact number of hard credit checks they mentioned earlier, and the entire experience was truly no-pressure from start to finish.
I would absolutely do business with them again. The finance team was also excellent—very helpful and not pushy at all with add-ons. This is how a dealership experience should be.
One area for improvement: the vehicle we initially came in for had already been sold, but the website hadn’t been updated yet. Faster inventory updates online would give customers a clearer picture before visiting.”

“Time to work on the recall (inner tail light) was great.
Setting up an appointment at first took a while. I filled out a form and then someone called me back during school pick up time and asked for my car’s VIN # that I had already left for them. Once the recall issue was fixed they failed to mention that my car needed the lightbulb fixed on the taillight which was different from the recall issue. I found out when I got home that it was still not working. They did mention that they recommended a timing service which cost $3k.
I wish they would have mentioned that they could fix the tail light bulb with costs and if needed set up an appointment but instead I had to callback to find out it wasn’t part of the recall and could set up another appointment to get that fixed
. It made me feel like since the recall issue was free of charge they were just recommending another service to get some money. I just got this car with Carvana and have already put so much money into it for other issues. Midas took the car to Acura because Acura wouldn’t allow me to take it since I wasn’t an established client at that time. Everything worked out fine with Midas but now I am worried about my car just not working if I don't get this timing service done.”

“I went Saturday to look at cars. I went to the Fayetteville Autoplex where I was helped by Sophie Crane. Sophine is a sales consultant for the Acura dealership. She is very attentive and helpful. I really did enjoy her personality. She was very knowledgeable on all the cars at the Autoplex. She showed me Acura's, Honda's and Toyota's and was knowledgeable on all of them. If you're looking for a new car, I would highly recommend her. I also worked with their service advisor Jesse Davis. I had a issue with my car rubbing going over little bumps. Jesse greeted me as I walked in and had my car in the shop within minutes. I took my car in on Tuesday morning at 0830 and left at 0900 all fixed and happy. There sales manager Barry Coburn reached out to me yesterday just to make sure everything went well. I thought that was very nice of him. Barry is very genuine person. It was my 1st time buying from the Acura dealership, but I highly doubt it will be my last time. Thanks to everyone that assisted in my purchase.
