I am writing to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude for your outstanding service as Service Director at Mercedes-Benz of White Plains.
Recently, I experienced an emergency situation when the sunroof on our vehicle suddenly malfunctioned. I drove to the dealership outside of my town without an appointment and was told I would need to leave the vehicle for several days. Unfortunately, there were no loaner cars available at the time, and since I live nearly 20 miles away, I found myself in a very stressful and difficult situation trying to figure out how I would get home.
While I was discussing this dilemma with my service advisor, you happened to be walking through the service area personally checking on customers and asking if anyone needed assistance. When I explained my situation, you immediately stepped in and instructed my service advisor to find a loaner car for me as soon as possible. Thanks to your quick action and genuine concern, I was able to get home without further stress or inconvenience.
Your kindness, leadership, and willingness to personally help during such a moment truly made a lasting impression. It is rare to encounter someone in your position who takes such a hands-on approach and demonstrates such genuine care for customers.

“I cannot recommend Ramon from Mercedes-Benz Fairfield enough. I will truly tell anyone who will listen. This is my second car with him, and he completely takes all of the stress and negatives out of car shopping. Every step of the process felt easy, seamless, and transparent, and I felt confident in the deal and supported throughout the entire experience. Ramon has a way of making what can be overwhelming feel effortless.
Stanley was also wonderful, and this was my second time working with him as well. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me understand everything about my new car. Christina in finance was just as great. She was so sweet, thorough, and made the financial side of everything smooth and stress free. Together, they made the entire experience exceptional. Ramon and Eddie were exceptional — they made the entire process incredibly easy, got me into a new car the same day, and offered me an excellent trade-in value. They truly went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. They even brought out the red bow for me, which made the moment extra special. I seriously can’t thank them enough.
Christina in finance was seriously amazing — so knowledgeable, patient, and helpful with every step. She made the entire finance process feel effortless.

“In the past I was disappointed with a few dealerships by their honesty, I was looking for a G63 by calling different states, and every one of them was asking overprice tens of thousands on top of the sticker price. Over the phone they give you different information and when you go there is totally different.
I called Mercedes-Benz of Fairfield, CT, Left voicemail, after 30 minutes I received a phone call from Manager Ramon Rivera (great Guy) with good news regarding the available G63 at sticker price. In 5 minutes I got an email with the car info, pictures and videos.
I went the next day to see the car, it was Sunday and they were open which is unusual. What shocked me was every single staff member was very nice, professional, like a one big family. We made a deal in a very easy way, without any stress or disappointment.
Financial coordinator did a great job with finance.
When I left I had a feeling that I knew them for a long time.
I got my dream car, Mercedes G63 In Mercedes-Benz of Fairfield, CT The car had all the options, color of exterior or interior I wanted.
10 out of 10.
The car and all the paperwork was ready in 3 days, provided Protector film service for me, which was done great. on the fourth day I picked up the car
I really recommend Mercedes-Benz of Fairfield Connecticut Dealership.
