“Very poor experience. I only had two requirements for the vehicle i had chosen, one no sunroof (the car had no sunroof) good job. Second i required two keys, I currently have the voicemail saved confirming 2 keys. Imagine my delight when i was told there is only one key while sitting in finance ready to sign! I was told the vehicle was priced accordingly for one key. The finance barely tried to find a better rate and still tried to sell add on crap after the key fiasco. A new key for my cx-50 is $222.60 plus $199 labor to program, i was reassured twice there were two keys, as can be confirmed 2/12/2026. All phone conversations are recorded at all dealerships. Just another crappy dealership”
